If your not getting enough storms try changing storm deadly minimum time between ticks and server storm deadly time between ticks to 1200 as that seems to be very good
Heya fire, I wouldn't put storage on the second floor. This is a tornado survival so if a tornado hits there goes your stuff so I would make storage somewhere safer

There's something wrong with the mod I had a strengthening f4 and it turned into a strengthening thunderstorm and another storm which was weakening f2 which would go pass me then aim at me again and would not weaken. I was watching it for an hour before just spawning another storm instead of the same strength and it after normal and weakened correctly
Fire, I am VERY late commenting here- but im pretty sure the block glitches happen because your shovel is really fast, "too fast", the blocks don't have time to update that they are being broken and should disappear, so it looks like you broke them but the game thinks you didn't.. I think that is it at least don't ask me-

I knew how u felt with the moving glitch but when it happened to me it was so bad minecraft wouldnt work anymore
