Feeling is super important, especially for vessels many people associate with comfort and times of relaxation. My old ceramics professor always emphasized that holding and using our vessels should feel effortless, that we should always seek to avoid that which may distract from nourishment and community.

It takes steps after to perfect it and you should be kind to yourself if you have to make corrections or adjustments. Everything requires a little more work to get to where you want it and that’s ok!

When you show the mug after it's been on the chuck, there is a spot right above the handle that is uneven. I can't imagine you kept that?
