Your entire channel is absolutely brilliant and incredibly helpful! If I’m joining the NHS as a FY2 doctor, and I would be required to do a year of rotation in all departments, what kind of jobs should I apply for ? Since all the jobs in the nhs website are based on specific departments like peds or general medicine.
@@RoadToUK if I didn't get FY2 standalone but a non training job let's say locuum in surgery for a year will I be eligible for an IMT..or my locuum job have to be related to internal medicine
can this process complete(plab2+finding job+signing a contract+secure a job)before our 6months visiting visa time expires? and there is another question left: if we can't find a job through that 6 months and we have to get back home and apply from our home country does it harm the process I mean does it reduce the chance of securing a job?
The entire process, as you have outlined, can be done in that 6 months period, that's what we did. But given the increased pressure with a pandemic and increasing number of applicants over the last year or so, it is unlikely now. And no, interviewing online does not negatively impact your chances at all.
It's just the right to work. If you don't have the right to work, your hospital will issue a certificate of sponorship so that you can apply for a work visa.

If you do an FY2 standalone, then you have a rotational post. Non training can be specific to one department.

hello
can you please tell me what does (Valid RTW status) means? is it important for us IMG?
