They are only making lots of videos but don't take orders. Have to follow up hell lot of times to get things done. Still I am not able to place 2nd order and waiting for their video call. Purchased 1 lot from them after this video in August. Received 2 damage pieces. Send them these for repair and following up since month they have not send these back. Truly not worth hype if you are small reseller. They don't support.
I order past 6 month but still they send me broken pieces.. Didn't replace those.. Even I send those broken products too still neither they replace it nor refund it...
I am still waiting for their reply. They don’t even bother to reply. Terms and condition is like hell and very keen for videos asking every single you tuber to upload video. Request to priyanka plz complain them also promote some other wholeseller too
Priyanka they are asking you to come and make video but your viewers are not happy b coz they dnt care about us. Please find other wholeseller too plzzz plz.they are not the only one. Would many more . Love from UK 🇬🇧
Same experience for me, we thought of taking almost all types but initially just to check we have ordered minimum quantity and some products are damaged. Also some products sent to us which we were not ordered. They said it was similar type of product so they sent. But they don't even bother to contact us for confirmation that they are sending different products. Also sent damaged products.when we call they were always busy and not even concerned about the order and issue. Bad experience
