This arrangement is very well done. This theme is so good, it is among my favorites. You've adapted the theme very well with your inspiration from Rural Makai City Esoteria, while still retaining the feel of the original. The main and secondary instruments are very well done, as well as the bass. The percussion sounds so strong in this arrangement. At 0:34 ~ 0:48 I really liked how you implemented the instruments that replaced that piano in the background that makes a kind of dissonance in this part, it gave this part a nice highlight. I also really liked 1:14 ~ 1:42, where the bright instruments were put to good use, they generated effective highlight points.
Ooo yeah this is good. The electric guitar here goes hard and TH12 is a great fit stylistically. I wasn't really a fan of Hisami's theme at first (despite her being my fav character from the game) but as time passed I've started to really like it. Great arrange!
