It depends, you can do the exercise in different intensity levels...slow and grabbing strongly or fast and swift, the grab must be firm ...if you are interested i teach this taijiquan line because my master is a mahong disciple, so i transmit this kind of exercises and more...

老喘粗气,听着也累
我总感觉马老师的架子很奇怪,很多时候是膝盖在左右抖动,跨却是没动的,这样怎么可能把底下的抖劲传上去?而且很伤膝盖啊?再着说,这种腿部应该整劲一下子上去,而不是腿也弹抖,要不然,劲力不是浪费了么?
