wow how'd you get the characters to move so smoothly? Are you playing on an emulator? I don't know how you've implemented the mods but I'd LOVE to be able to play like this on my PS2

Thanks for the compliment! Modding is not a miracle. It’s a hierarchy of steps: you start off with the basics, then you get to the top. You can find tutorials on TH-cam and on modding forums such as Super-Z. Most of the modding community is full of latinos, so finding English tutorials is hella hard. However, you have to turn that frown upside-down, because I made a tutorial myself which explains how to fully change a character’s throw; nice and simple. It already assumes you know the basics. Not like I’ve been asked this all the time or anything, but to get 60 fps footage I use the PCSX2 built-in recorder, which only works for 64-bit computers, as far as I know. The motion blur is just a VFX plugin called RSMB (Reel Smart Motion Blur), which is a very heavy/powerful plugin. It takes like 6 hours to render 4 minutes of DBZBT3 footage. You can find it either on Google or here on TH-cam, thanks to several tutorials about it.
