i think minho does work very hard, and he's really responsible and trains really hard during all the practices, it's just that, probably no one notices. i mean, he keeps to himself a lot, so the chances are that when he practices on his own, he'd do it in a place where no one would ever find him. poor minho

In this case, its Jonghyun who mischieviously wanted Minho to pick him and Minho who misunderstood - he thought everyone would share equally on each of the members so that everyone would get mentioned, but it was not actually arranged to like this.
