Hi darlings! Apologies it's a little later than usual but I'm so excited to share the vlog from our time in beautiful Laos! How stunning is the temple we visited?! xoxo
Hi Josie! You are such a sweet, kind-hearted person with so much respect. I appreciate that about you. Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us.
Hi Josie. Amazing video!!!! Thank you so much for sharing these beautiful destinations with us. Again, your professionalism is much appreciated. You look stunning in everything you wear. Have a wonderful weekend.
Hi, Josie, enjoyed that vlog of Cambodia holiday with a dish of fashion as a treat! Of course you look beautiful in your whites and pinks and oyster tones but I love that paprika colour on you, too. I am starting to get a little youth envy. I used to love some holidays in Thailand especially Phi Phi Island, tropical and romantic but very real. I think you work very hard and you spread a lot of joy around. Love, love love your honesty. Evie.
Great job Josie! This was a pleasure to watch! I want to say that I do appritiate you showing things as they are, without photoshop and things like that, I love that I get to see the nature as it is, because to me there is beauty in every peace of this wonderful world, not everything has to be the same. 💞
We visited Laos in February 2016 and the water was blue and a lot calmer :) have a lot of non photoshopped pics as we are non Instagram and non yt people ;)) guess it depends on the season!
You’re right. I love Luang Prabang but it’s really is depends on the season that you go. During the time Josie went in August is the moonsoon season so water are still muddy and a bit brown. I went in December and the water is clear and blue. I got a lot of actual photo without photo shop and the waterfall and it is like the blue lagoon. The second time I went in May and it’s the pre-monsoon season so the water is a bit murky and not blue.
Looks gorgeous, so much untouched natural beauty! Totally agree with the Photoshop-thing, it's sad how sometimes things aren't appreciated for what they really are but are enhanced so they don't resemble anything anymore! Now I have a big travel bug to visit Laos myself!
Love your videos. I think why the waterfalls looks brown probably because it's been raining there lately? Maybe in summer in Laos could have been perfect. I guess wrong timing for the season you got there? I been to lots of waterfalls when it's raining before the water turn a bit muddy but when no rain at all or summer its awesome. And also depends on waterfall.
From what i know, the water in the waterfall turned brown as it is rainy season (monsoon) in South East asia. I've never been to Laos, but i think the rain made it like that. If you go to a waterfall, probably best to visit them during dry season so the water is clear.
Girl love your style. You look so elegant. I have started wearing more white and pastel colors after watching your videos. And now you are making travel videos, so another feather in your hat.
Hi Josie, I stumbled upon your video. Your video is beautiful! I live in Vientiane, Laos. I think you have visited the Kuang si waterfall in the rainy season! When there is a lot of rainwater the mud get washed over to the lagoon making it muddy. In the summer, the lagoon is really is crystal blue. I'm sorry you didn't see it at it's prime time. Maybe a good reason to come back! Thank you for sharing. Have a nice day!
Josie, both places looked amazing, really enjoyed coming along with you. The waterfalls were just stunning and beautiful. Lovely outfits, you always look gorgeous! x 😄
Hi Josie - Was looking forward to seeing this today :-) Laos looks amazing! You had quite the adventure going there and Cambodia and I certainly love to visit there myself. The wonders of nature and the world are certainly worth seeing and I agree they don't need to be photoshopped to the point where it takes away from the natural beauty of a place The temple was absolutely stunning! Great vlog! :-D
Oooooh waaaaaw ! This video makes me want to go there and explore the country. And you are sooooo right about the photoshopping on instgram. They put colors in the pictures which don’t even exist in a natural environment. Keep up your good work, Josie.
Glad that you had a lovely time. Hope that you can in future do a trip to my country malaysia. I am from kuala lumpur and am sure you will enjoy the beautiful beaches and island resorts in my country.
Josie ❇️ "Doing your thing & doing it Well" ❇️ You gave a us quite a lot of lovely scenic content... Hard to believe it was such a short jaunt! Nice job 😘💗
Josie, love the pink dress on you! Is there anything cuter than a baby 🐖? I can't think of anything 😉 what a treat to see the environment that the hotel was in. Usually when one thinks of Cambodia we think of the war. This vlog really resent my mind. It was wonderful to see how nature rebuilds itself into a picture of paradise. The food looked scrumptious! Was it awful hot early in the morning while you were out drinking your coffee? I could think of worse places to wake up to 😉. Good job, really enjoyed the video!
In Thailand there is a perfect Blue Lagoon waterfall that won't disappoint you .. it's called Aerawan waterfall it's located in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. and the other place called Morakot waterfall it's in Krabi , Thailand. The waterfall is blue without filter. ❤❤❤❤
Hey Josie such a beautiful vlog I really enjoyed it you always make everything so lovely and that pink dress on you looks so stunning I’m so glad you kept it hope you had a really good trip hope dexter and dickins are both well too much love holly in Melbourne Australia xx
The falls aren’t actually photoshopped in a lot of the pictures. It all depends on the time of year you go. If you went between June and September that’s the rainy season and that’s why it was so brown and powerful. It’s a lot calmer and very blue and beautiful in the dry season :)
Fantastic 😍 I love this video, thank you so much Josie ❣️ you are right, no photoshop, respect for nature, it is so beautiful, mini Mekong cruise, visiting animals, delicious restaurants, smiling people, that good and beautiful memories ❣️ happy Josie and Charlie, this was an exceptional trip 💕😘
Is there any chance you will show us what trinkets you purchased on your trip, please. I love to see what people bring home from exotic places along with the usual European trips. You travel to amazing places and have always been curious if you and Charlie bring home cool items to memorialize your trips besides the photos. Thanx!
I agree about the photoshopping thing. it’s unnecessary. We should appreciate nature for its original beauty. I know south east Asia water are muddy and most have snakes reptiles inside so for me I prefer not to dip in lol. Anyways great Vlog!
A preset is just another tool to enhance, change and alter. I am honestly not sure why it makes a difference if something is enhanced with photoshop vs enhanced with a preset. They both create an illusion, do they not ?
awetvtube photoshop is alteration, presets are just color adjusters. I actually went on insta to look at the geo tag and everyone’s photos the water looked bluish green, that’s why you don’t go to locations chasing after getting your own cool Instagram shot 😂 not sure who the girl who’s picture she saw was but if she edits all her photos with the same preset she’s not going to change her style just cuz it made the water look blue in one photo... I was expecting to see a huge difference in location than what was in photo and video not the color lol
Something I’ve always been really wanting to see from you is what you would wear on a night out? I always want to look polished for a night out but struggle! Any ideas? Xx
What a stunning place! Your trip was so short! Any tips how to fight jet lag? I usually need at least 3-5 days just to recover from jet lag if I'm travelling to Asia before I can enjoy the trip.
I’m glad you talk about “normal” photos. I’m 38 and don’t like Instagram as I started out with bebo in 2004 and I went to Cambodia and Laos in 2006. Back then people uploaded real photos to bebo and MySpace. I’ve been to 59 countries and I hate that people stage instagram photos too much, I much prefer real photos.
Hi Josie I love you and follow you with all my heart but there’s one thing that bothered me in this vlog particularly. One moment you were petting the pigs and buffaloes and the next you were saying that the pork tasted amazing and Charlie was having a buffalo burger. I was just so confused. I know you do so much for the environment and sustainability and I have become aware of so much things because of you, a major one being the chemicals in SPFs. Ever since watching that vlog, I’ve switched to an SPF that is reef friendly. But just that part was a little confusing. I don’t mean any hate though. I’d love it if you did more sustainability and environment friendly videos
Am surprised that it will be confusing, most people that eat meat actually love animals. If you are vegan of course am sure you will say that they don't really love animals, but thats just how it is. Nothing confusing there, just regular. I mean do you really think that people that eat meat look at a living animal and think yum.
jazmeen04 I mean, but when you eat meat, you’re probably aware that it was a living happy animal at one point, right? I am not the one to force vegetarianism or veganism. But, at least don’t love the pigs and eat them the same day, you know!
Hi darlings! Apologies it's a little later than usual but I'm so excited to share the vlog from our time in beautiful Laos! How stunning is the temple we visited?! xoxo
Fashion Mumblr if possible you might as well check out Vietnam... 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Hi Josie! You are such a sweet, kind-hearted person with so much respect. I appreciate that about you. Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us.
Agree about the photoshopping. You don’t need to face tune a waterfall, people!
It's beautiful naturally isn't it!
Wow I love all your outfits, Laos is so beautiful. Amazing video, thanks for the video Josie!
I had no idea Laos was so beautiful! Thanks for sharing. You looked stunning as always
That pink and white dress is definitely the dress of the summer in your wardrobe, it just flowed so beautifully 💕
Emily is so beautiful!!! She’s simply stunning!
So lovely thank you for sharing. The water falls are my favorite. You look like doll in your pink dress and as always you rock!! 🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️

Beautiful footage. Appreciate all the effort. The food looks delicious and the lily pods are just wow, wow, wow.
Wow! Although I've never been to Laos, I felt as though I was there with you... Beautiful imagery! Gorgeous video! Thank you for sharing!

I'm going to have to watch this again later. Wonderful vlog, the food looked amazing, your outfits were beautiful as well.
We visited Laos in February 2016 and the water was blue and a lot calmer :) have a lot of non photoshopped pics as we are non Instagram and non yt people ;)) guess it depends on the season!
I went during dry season Feb. 2019 and it was beautiful blue water.

Laos looks amazing! Was only there for a visa run, but need to get back to experience more of it!!
When will you go to the Philippines josie 😍
I think the colour of the waterfalls may have varied based on the season as I went last year and they were a vibrant blue shade!
Is there any chance you will show us what trinkets you purchased on your trip, please. I love to see what people bring home from exotic places along with the usual European trips. You are beautiful princess!!!😘
I don’t think she photoshopped it’s just a preset I’m sure she wasn’t thinking about deceiving someone

Real men wear pink. no fear.
