- Chris Liebing stammt aus Offenbach und ist DJ, Produzent, Moderator einer wöchentlichen Radiosendung und treibende Kraft hinter den Labeln CLR und Spinclub Recordings. Sein Sound entwickelte sich im Laufe seiner DJ-Karriere kontinuierlich weiter, wobei er aber stets seinen Techno-Wurzeln treu blieb.
Als einer der ersten DJs nutzte er konsequent und kreativ die neuen Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung in der Musik. Die Echtzeitmanipulation individueller Elemente spielt bei seinen Sets eine wichtige Rolle. Dank der engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Software- und Hardwareherstellern ist die Bandbreite seines derzeitigen Setups praktisch unbegrenzt. Liebing ist ein weltweit gefragter DJ. Mit dem niederländischen Produzenten Speedy J formt er den Live Act Collabs. Seine Produktionen und Remixe erscheinen auf den Playlists zahlreicher angesehener DJs.

Originaire d'Offenbach en Allemagne, Chris Liebing est DJ, producteur, animateur radio d'une émission hebdomadaire et le moteur des labels CLR et Spinclub Recordings. Il livre un son qui a continuellement évolué au cours de sa carrière de DJ et est toujours resté fidèle à ses racines techno.
Chris Liebing a été l'un des premiers DJ à utiliser de manière systématique et créative les nouvelles possibilités offertes par la numérisation de la musique. La manipulation en temps réel des éléments individuels joue un rôle important dans ses sets. Grâce à une coopération avec divers fabricants de logiciels et de matériel, son dispositif actuel lui offre des possibilités pratiquement infinies. DJ demandé dans le monde entier, il se produit également au sein de Collabs avec le producteur néerlandais Speedy J. Ses productions et remixes figurent dans les sets de nombreux DJs de renom.

Der Schranzmeister von damals hat immer noch das geilste Lächeln und die positivste Aura, die ich jemals auf solchen Events mitbekommen durfte. Heute nur noch passiv, aber viele Jahre aktiv und dafür dank ich dir, Chris. War eine Mega geile Zeit. Und noch was... Die richtig geilen werden vegan 👌😘😄 für immer mein Lieb(l)ing

Damals wie auch heute ist Liebing meiner Meinung nach der begabteste und sympathischste und zudem attraktivste dj ever, der außerdem auch noch genau meinen Geschmack trifft! Bei ihm kann man sich sicher sein, dass man was hörenswertes auf die Ohren bekommt!

was knallt denn da bitte? Das grenzt doch schon an diesen langweiligen Minimal und ist zum Einschlafen langweilig. Chris Liebing hat in den letzten Jahren nachgelassen. In den 90ern hat er noch richtig harten Techno gespielt.

Probs an Arte Concert weil die Bilder und Qualität des Sounds auf TH-cam sind grandios und haben so
manchen Abend schon echt versüsst in dieser schweren Zeit. Weiter so und DANKE

He really kicked the energy up a notch from the get go, omg... Only caught a glimpse of his set at EDC two years ago, definitely changing that in the immediate future when the opportunity arises.
I haven't heard Chris for a very long time, did buy some remixes of his almost 20 years ago, his Techno was always a bit to fast for me, that Shranz Techno was absolutely 🤮🤮🤮
But that's a class of his own, love that 😍

chris liebing ist wieder erwacht, er war schon immer ein vorbild für mich, ich liebe seinen sound. aber in letzter zeit hat er nicht mehr so hart rein gehauen. fands schade weil er sonst immer voll gas gegeben hat. aber das set ist on firer... denke so oft ans amnesia wo er einfach mal so krass war und einfach, zum vorriegen dj. die anlage volle pulle aufgedreht hat , das die geqwalmen hat. das hat so gestunken, wie bei mir zuhause wenn ich wieder mal nen sub oder ne box gefickt hab. aber im amnesia das zuschaffen, bei der morder anlage da. hat mir richtig gefallen. beeindruckend danach konnten die ganzen boxen weg schmeißen. leute sind einfach laufen gegangen. wie im space .. wir nach vorne. bäääm i love you liebing german badaaaaabooooom
Er geht mit dem Publikum (muss ja Geld verdienen) und das ist halt nicht mehr das aus den 90ern, sondern die jetzigen 20 jährigen. Die anderen haben Familie und Probleme und keine Zeit und Erlaubnis mehr zum Fortgehen ;) Lies dir doch mal die Kommentare durch. Die heutige Jugend bezeichnet das schon als hart und dass es "knallt". Wenn das hart ist, fallen die doch tot um, wenn die das alte Zeug aus den 90ern hören.

I have been listening to Chris Liebing for years since 1997 and has been one of my favorites. I think he needs more soul in his sets and maybe get new themes or a new inventiveness, maybe his creativity is going away. I'm not saying that he is not a good producer, but today he leaves me with a lack of something. Not only do you have to give him credit for the themes of the set.
Llevo años escuchando a Chris Liebing desde 1997 y a sido uno de mis favoritos hoy creo que le falta mas alma en sus sets y quizás sacar nuevos temas mas frescos o una nueva inventiva, quizás en su interior se le este apagando la creatividad. No digo que no sea un buen dj productor pero, hoy me deja una falta de algo. No solo hay que darle crédito por los temas del set.
