Turns out, he is washed up and no good and has a very egregious lack of game awareness. He simply just has good enough receivers to revert back to high school ball where "Throw it up to the receiver and pray they come down with it" works. 95% of his best passes are to receivers that have no one within 3 yards of him. He almost never throws into tight windows and when it does he has a knack for not completing or getting intercepted. He is completely unable to read what is happening on the line and now two weeks in a row has had big moment plays where he took 3 seconds in the pocket, watched a defender shed a block and sack him (one for a safety, one to end a game defining drive). He is consistently bailed out by the fact his receivers are so good that a college QB could have taken this team to 6-2.
Washed up? It’s his first decent season. Good weapons or not he’s not playing like complete crap like before. Obviously he may not be the one carrying his team but he’s been good
