केजरीवाल की जमानत पर आज फैसला नहीं हो पाया क्योंकि अंतरिम जमानत पर सुनवाई पूरी नहीं हो पाई। अब परसों दोबारा इस मामले की सुनवाई होगी। ढाई बजे बेंच उठ गई और केजरीवाल को आज कोई राहत नहीं मिल पााई। .सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज इस पर लंबी बहस चली .सुनवाई कर रही बेंच का कहना है कि केजरीवाल चुने हुए सीएम हैं और दिल्ली का चुनाव सामने है। ये असाधारण स्थिति है। प्रचार करने देने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है। बेंच ने कहा कि हम सिर्फ अंतरिम बेल पर बात कर रहे है..उधर ईडी ने जमानत का पुरजार विरोध किया। ..ईडी का कहना है कि केजरीवाल को जमानत दी गई तो इससे गलत परिपाटी कायम होगी..हर कोई जमानत मांगने लगेगा

The bench said that we are only talking about interim bail. On the other hand, ED strongly opposed the bail. ..ED says that if Kejriwal is granted bail, it will set a wrong precedent...everyone will start asking for bail.

SC has not been clear about the case before them. The case is about the legality of the arrest. The question about the bail can be considered only when Kajeriwal's arrest is correct and is justified and he may pray for bail. It therefore implies that the case before SC is not maintainable. Bail application may be routed through the lower court for adjudication.
Kejariwal should not get bail
He will destroy all the evidence and will set a wrong precedent for all in jail they will also ask for bail
Court needs to show courage and make good decision for the country
