- 15 minutes into the match the Kraken moves in and replaces the gold miner. The Kraken is difficult to capture and may require your full team. When defeated, Kraken will fight for your team and push down the enemy lane towards your enemy's base.
If the enemy team does manage to kill Kraken during the rampage, everyone on the enemy team will earn a large gold bounty.

Well before it was just described as an enormous sea monster but was later fixed on a giant octopus to be characterized
Ahhh, so the Kraken's appearance in the game is still relevant then, that's what i was thinking too that it is a sea monster
Yeah it's really interesting in the game because there's no real story about why it's there or why it helps afterwards if you defeat it

its good to capture the kraken when 2 or all of enemy heroes are dead...haha! they'll just watch their turrets burn!

Daniel is wrong, when you kill the enemy's Kraken, it takes about 4 minutes to respawn.
ill say about 4 to 4 mins

why is it that sometimes when my team goes to unleash the Kraken, we capture it BUT it fights against us for the other team?!? it is the most frustrating thing about the game.
it depends on who last-hit it.
+Vanilla Dessert but it's just us hitting it. I'm pretty sure it'll be only my team over there hitting the thing and working hard to capture it and all of a sudden it's red.
Kasual Owens-Fields that's weird, are you sure that none of your enemies were around? If they weren't, then it's probably a glitch.
