I’m just amazed at how well the color candlelit looks on your skin, blends so well. I’m pretty sure the color match I had was wrong for me. Also, nobody ever told me not to use the highlight under my eyes… and that was always an issue I had because it looked so thick and heavy under my eyes. Excellent excellent tips for application!
I love using the “dots” and “lines” method. I am 51 and had a teenager at Trader Joe’s tell me I looked glowing and beautiful!! 3rd Day using…I was like OMG…it works!
*Best Tutorial I have Watched* . I'm 55 and have subscribed to many in the YT beauty community. The concept of color correcting with minimal product resonates with me. I gave up on foundation because of my orange peel texture around my mouth. "AVOID! AVOID", I've been using corrector under my eyes but learned something new. I never used bronzer before, I agree on the depth it brings to complexion. The wheels are turning and I'm very grateful for your content.

I am so glad I found you today! I just turned 55, and the last year or so have noticed so much change in my appearance.. Suddenly I'm unhappy with my makeup, it's creasing and not holding . So I started experimenting with finishes, etc., Only to get more frustrated! There's so many brands that claim to be for mature skin... Aargh!

So glad you mentioned the forehead and frownies. I kept trying to explain to friends that I scrunch my forehead at night and legit look older when I wake up. I just found you. I am a holistic master esthetician of almost 4 decades and I teach beauty and aging naturally. Wabi sabi embracing the imperfections of life in ourselves and aging a beautiful gift. I teach women not to wear foundation and concealer but to make their skin healthy and beautiful so they don’t need to cover it up. But I love your energy and I love your message. As women especially we are told by the beauty industry and social media that we are not beautiful as we age and to not have wrinkles or expression and I am determined to change this dialogue. hmmm I was originally told not to use primer with Mascara (now Sent). Happy to find your tutorial as I'm 48 now. Haven't worn makeup in several years, only for special occasions. Sort of need to figure it out all over again.

I’m very excited about this video! I want to get color matched and try SEINT! However, every artist I’ve encountered was in her 20’s and for the very reasons you mention I chose not to invest until I met someone more mature in age who uses it! I’m so glad I found this video. I would love to get color matched. I’m going to get some photos of my severely sun damaged skin.....I have very dark spots scattered around my face, and a skin cancer removal on 11/21/22...my second. The other was on my leg and was removed one year ago. If SEINT can cover these spots, it will be the first ever! Thanks so much for this video and for giving us mature women great content!

You’ve given me hope! I’m trying to be patient with my new Seint but feeling I’ve made a mistake. But now I think it’s salvageable with your knowledge and skill with mature skin. Especially no IIID under the eyes! I’m in the deep south so must go lightly and then use the vanilla setting powder. Today was better than yesterday. I’m ordering Demi for under eye and sunspots. Thank you Michelle, I am excited to get my colour match (I just sent mine in). Your tutorials have me interested in make-up again. I am 55 and my skin has changed so much through menopause. I don’t wear much makeup anymore as my lifestyle has changed. I live the mountain life away from the public most days, bare faced with just SPF coverage. However, Seint looks like a line that will suit my lifestyle. Especially when I want to feel more pretty when I go into town. My stepdaughter is getting married next month which is why I have been looking for tips on makeup. I may not be able to get this line in time for the wedding but I am learning lots about technique from you. Thank you. My artist matched me well and she has the most mature skin I had seen on a seint artist at the time that I ordered. And I was back and forth emailing her about the texture under my eyes for probably a couple months. Skipping it and just doing the Demi is fabulous! Thank you. I thought I *had" to put my brightener shade there and struggled so much. I swear I feel like a teenager who has never worn makeup before... Lol!

You are so honest and I love that so much! I have the same forehead lines and deep lines in middle of eyebrows. Never had Botox, but have considered it many times. Also, I have wanted to try this makeup but was afraid of being color matched by someone.

Love the updated combo of both makeups-nobody will tell me what Demi colors to get-as a fine artist I totally get the violet/green/orange tertiary color correction. I am almost 54 as well.

She bought Seint last year and was color matched but we were not taught how to use it on her skin. She has a lot of deep wrinkles, she’s a smoker, and has a lot of age spots and large pores. I'm a little color blind so demi has not hit for me even though i got a bunch of it and dont use it! I like the under the eye tricks, thank you! now i have to figure out what color works...
It has taken me awhile to figure this makeup out but now I love it! Less is definitely more! A lot of the cheetah/hac methods looked cakey and smeared, settled in my fine lines(I’m 34) by the middle of the day. Definitely the best video I’ve seen on how to apply. Just bought some demo and I can’t wait for it to arrive!
Just curious, what other foundation colours do/did you use? In particular the NARS brand. I’m currently using Yukon in light reflecting and it’s a perfect match for me. Had Seint before but I found their colours don’t run pink enough.

I just found your channel and am encouraged that there is a makeup for me. I recently had my colors done and I totally disagree with the results. I also think many of the younger consultants in stores do not understand aging skin. I would love to look natural yet polished and have makeup that doesnt fade within a couple of hours. Ok I have watched 2 videos now of yours and I truly enjoy your content. I’m not against mlms but a lot of the times the products that are so expensive are junk. I have no problem paying good money for my makeup. You have me rethinking the Seint.
I am so glad I found you. I have been wanting to try Seint for sometime. Your videos are truly honest. One question, are sitting in from of a window? When you apply makeup should you sit near window. I have been color matched so many times at Sephora and Ulta and the color appeared to look like a match only to find that when I get home and apply it in natural light it looks terrible. So many videos never address the best lighting to apply you makeup in. thank you.

I totally agree with you, SEINT is by far the best makeup. I’m 61 and just ordered some colors and I’m super pleased. I get a ton of compliments when I wear this make up. Even my friends say to me - what do you have on? My problem now is what do I do with all my old foundations?

Love this! You’re killin it with seint girl so happy for you! I agree that the Demi 3d combo is prettier on mature undereyes, but by watching Sarah Martins videos (the contoured chemist-my seint artist) I’ve made 3d work on my mature eyes. So while it can work, I agree that nothing beats demi! I’m disappointed they’re discontinuing the sculpt colors and many blush colors.
I loved your tutorial! I was able to follow along with you and able to use mostly the same colors except for Demi and blush. I had ordered my products a couple years ago and when tried applying I felt like I had WAY too much makeup on, so I put the products away and never used again after spending a pretty penny on many highlights and contours and bronzer, blush lip and cheek, brushes and eyeshadows… I continued using what I had been previously using- IT, RMS, and benefit for the most part, until now!! I came across your video and I loved the way my makeup came out following you and using your way of application !! I’m 54 and have crows feet from many years of fun in the sun boating Fishing, smiling and laughing! I don’t mind them, except for when they are heavily filled in with makeup, they look Scary! How can I get the Demi for color correction? I tried using one of my darker #44 RMS uncover-up and a more yellow foundation from Seint but it didn’t work out as I hoped. Any information or tips are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Loving your channel! I stopped using Seint mainly because of the eye area, and the eye shadows weren’t highly pigmented. However now I think I’ll go back and have you color match me after watching your video.
So funny how some makeup artists can not color match darker skin. I as a 15 year pro MUA, I LOVE dark skin. The colors they can wear is amazing. I feel as a mature women(54), less is always better. To many products out now that give a nice coverage and look dewy and not caked.
I’m starting to love this!! I’m 71 with good skin but with rosacea. I love the sheen not matte. I’m fair with very few lines since I have used retinal since my 30s. My make up isn’t working now that I have reached this age because of rosacea. Would you recommend this line of cosmetics for mature skin with rosacea? Your skin is beautiful!! I love this color on you!! I’m starting to get a bit saggy in the jowls and a few neck lines. I’m cool undertones I have been told and used Lancome most of my life but it’s not getting the results I did when I was younger. Suggestions welcome!!

This answered a lot of questions for me. I have a Seint pallet. I am 50 and was thinking I need to go buy some liquid foundation for more coverage and my dry flaky skin.

I was gifted the 12 bundle level 2 and I haven't touched it..Well this morning, I'm like let's do this and I usually spend about an hour on my makeup. I'm a makeup w**** and I have to tell you so far, I really like it I really really really like it. We'll see how it holds up. I'm in a very very humid climate so let's see.. But I kind of lost you with the color correction because I don't think I have those but as far as just the highlight or foundation or whatever it's called and a little bit of bronzer and the blush i'm very pleased so far.
I was matched by a younger person and I’m afraid my foundations are too light and contour too dark. I’ll play with what I have for awhile but I’m intrigued by the demi options.

Honestly it’s best to do the whole face Botox (in light proportions) so the other muscles don’t overwork. Most important Botox points are outer corner of lips because that prevents the frown from forming and keeps lips uplifted

hmmm I was originally told not to use primer with Mascara (now Sent). Happy to find your tutorial as I'm 48 now. Haven't worn makeup in several years, only for special occasions. Sort of need to figure it out all over again.

However, every artist I’ve encountered was in her 20’s and for the very reasons you mention I chose not to invest until I met someone more mature in age who uses it! I’m so glad I found this video. I would love to get color matched. I’m going to get some photos of my severely sun damaged skin.....I have very dark spots scattered around my face, and a skin cancer removal on 11/21/22...my second. You’ve given me hope! I’m trying to be patient with my new Seint but feeling I’ve made a mistake. But now I think it’s salvageable with your knowledge and skill with mature skin. Especially no IIID under the eyes! I’m in the deep south so must go lightly and then use the vanilla setting powder. Today was better than yesterday. I’m ordering Demi for under eye and sunspots. Thank you Michelle, I am excited to get my colour match (I just sent mine in). Your tutorials have me interested in make-up again. I am 55 and my skin has changed so much through menopause. I don’t wear much makeup anymore as my lifestyle has changed. I live the mountain life away from the public most days, bare faced with just SPF coverage. However, Seint looks like a line that will suit my lifestyle. Especially when I want to feel more pretty when I go into town.
My stepdaughter is getting married next month which is why I have been looking for tips on makeup. I may not be able to get this line in time for the wedding but I am learning lots about technique from you. Thank you.

My artist matched me well and she has the most mature skin I had seen on a seint artist at the time that I ordered. And I was back and forth emailing her about the texture under my eyes for probably a couple months. Skipping it and just doing the Demi is fabulous! Thank you. I thought I *had" to put my brightener shade there and struggled so much. I swear I feel like a teenager who has never worn makeup before... Lol!

You are so honest and I love that so much! I have the same forehead lines and deep lines in middle of eyebrows. Never had Botox, but have considered it many times. Also, I have wanted to try this makeup but was afraid of being color matched by someone.

Love the updated combo of both makeups-nobody will tell me what Demi colors to get-as a fine artist I totally get the violet/green/orange tertiary color correction. I am almost 54 as well.
Many artists aren’t certified in Demi. I got certified back in December.
You are phenomenal. Like seriously so knowledgeable I love your honesty and opinion. So I’m curious how could I get my mom in touch with you? She bought Seint last year and was color matched but we were not taught how to use it on her skin. She has a lot of deep wrinkles, she’s a smoker, and has a lot of age spots and large pores. It has taken me awhile to figure this makeup out but now I love it! Less is definitely more! A lot of the cheetah/hac methods looked cakey and smeared, settled in my fine lines(I’m 34) by the middle of the day. Definitely the best video I’ve seen on how to apply. Just bought some demo and I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Just curious, what other foundation colours do/did you use? In particular the NARS brand. I’m currently using Yukon in light reflecting and it’s a perfect match for me. Had Seint before but I found their colours don’t run pink enough.

I just found your channel and am encouraged that there is a makeup for me. I recently had my colors done and I totally disagree with the results. I also think many of the younger consultants in stores do not understand aging skin. I would love to look natural yet polished and have makeup that doesnt fade within a couple of hours. I am so glad I found you. I have been wanting to try Seint for sometime. Your videos are truly honest. One question, are sitting in from of a window? When you apply makeup should you sit near window. I have been color matched so many times at Sephora and Ulta and the color appeared to look like a match only to find that when I get home and apply it in natural light it looks terrible. So many videos never address the best lighting to apply you makeup in. thank you.

I totally agree with you, SEINT is by far the best makeup. I’m 61 and just ordered some colors and I’m super pleased. I get a ton of compliments when I wear this make up. Even my friends say to me - what do you have on? My problem now is what do I do with all my old foundations?

Love this! You’re killin it with seint girl so happy for you! I agree that the Demi 3d combo is prettier on mature undereyes, but by watching Sarah Martins videos (the contoured chemist-my seint artist) I’ve made 3d work on my mature eyes. So while it can work, I agree that nothing beats demi! I’m disappointed they’re discontinuing the sculpt colors and many blush colors.

I loved your tutorial! I was able to follow along with you and able to use mostly the same colors except for Demi and blush. I had ordered my products a couple years ago and when tried applying I felt like I had WAY too much makeup on, so I put the products away and never used again after spending a pretty penny on many highlights and contours and bronzer, blush lip and cheek, brushes and eyeshadows… I continued using what I had been previously using-
IT, RMS, and benefit for the most part, until now!! I came across your video and I loved the way my makeup came out following you and using your way of application !! I’m 54 and have crows feet from many years of fun in the sun boating Fishing, smiling and laughing! I don’t mind them, except for when they are heavily filled in with makeup, they look Scary! How can I get the Demi for color correction? I tried using one of my darker #44 RMS uncover-up and a more yellow foundation from Seint but it didn’t work out as I hoped. Any information or tips are greatly appreciated.

I stopped using Seint mainly because of the eye area, and the eye shadows weren’t highly pigmented. However now I think I’ll go back and have you color match me after watching your video.
So funny how some makeup artists can not color match darker skin. I as a 15 year pro MUA, I LOVE dark skin. The colors they can wear is amazing. I feel as a mature women(54), less is always better. To many products out now that give a nice coverage and look dewy and not caked.

I’m starting to love this!! I’m 71 with good skin but with rosacea. I love the sheen not matte. I’m fair with very few lines since I have used retinal since my 30s. My make up isn’t working now that I have reached this age because of rosacea. Would you recommend this line of cosmetics for mature skin with rosacea? Your skin is beautiful!! I love this color on you!! I’m starting to get a bit saggy in the jowls and a few neck lines. I was gifted the 12 bundle level 2 and I haven't touched it..Well this morning, I'm like let's do this and I usually spend about an hour on my makeup. I'm a makeup w**** and I have to tell you so far, I really like it I really really really like it. We'll see how it holds up. I'm in a very very humid climate so let's see.. But I kind of lost you with the color correction because I don't think I have those but as far as just the highlight or foundation or whatever it's called and a little bit of bronzer and the blush i'm very pleased so far.

Honestly it’s best to do the whole face Botox (in light proportions) so the other muscles don’t overwork. Most important Botox points are outer corner of lips because that prevents the frown from forming and keeps lips uplifted
