If you know SBroly's j.H-2L link, you'd know that his can be autotimed, because his j.H is much slower and so it delays itself on hit. For Kefla (and in fact almost all other characters) you'd need to time your j.H manually. I don't have a good way to teach these generic j.H-5L links because they require you to find the rhythm yourself with trial and error and memorize the correct rhythm. You have to: (1) delay j.H to the extent that only the very tip of its hitbox connects on the very bottom of the dummy's hurtbox, and (2) make sure when j.H connects you are also barely above ground, so that you don't waste time in the air for landing and can buy time for 5L to connect just in time. Note that normally this link works better on a few larger characters with lower hurtbox during juggle, such as Cell and ZBroly, but in Kefla's case her collision box would interfere and push her barely out of range for j.H to connect on these characters. As a result her link actually works more easily on medium characters.
I practised this link with Ssj Vegeta and only get it to work once out of 5/6 tries, how consistent would you say Kefla link is compared to Ssj Vegeta ? Amazing video btw, I don't like Kefla's character design so I didn't buy her but this video makes me wanna try her out ! Keep it on!
To everyone still having trouble with the rejump, all I have to say is: Throw out the jH way later then you'd think. The hitbox on it has way more vertical height then it looks like it should, which is why this works at all.

I kept at it and it's possible. The combo is normal until the jh. You delay it until you almost touch the ground the mash light and you should get it eventually. I can do it about 2 out of 5 tries .

Advice : For the first combo, if you don't manage to link the 5L after the jH use an assist (bardock, blueku, A21, yamcha...) and do autocombo honestly it does the same damage (about 6.9~7.2k), don't take the risk of dropping your combo, you should go for it P. It's fine. Solo combos are more about pushing the limits regardless of difficulty, from which you know where would be good places to insert assists and thus make the combo more practical to use in matches.

That's manga kefla tho, anime and manga are very different from each other, like hit is weak asf in the manga but strong asf in the anime, it's the same as kefla.
