BTW DOT fluids will boil due to the engine heat, reducing it's efficiency! Something which caused rear disc to not work in HD 750 as it was close to the exhaust pipe! Stay with cable, this aftermarket crap is not worth it. Specially cheap chinese kits!
With that sort of fitting on clutch cover (even though it is in close proximity to cylinder assembly) neither DOT 3 nor DOT 4 fluid is going to boil in that system as their boiling points are above 200℃. Those fluids are designed to work under all sorts of temperature and pressure carried on to them generated by braking system.
Here (clutch) it is only a bit of spring force for them to work against. Even if you use moisture contaminated fluid for those hydraulic clutch assembly, it would not fail due to fluid boiling.
I mean disc brakes get hotter than 200°C under hard braking. Do you change your brake fluid after that? No right?
@@tejaspadhye boiling point on dot 4 is arnd 155. btw if u search ull find videos of dot 4 boiling inside reservoir of HD 750. at peak temp the brakes become spongy and braking power reduces a lot.

I got it hyro clutch 8 months ago. Cost was 2300 all inclusive with lever like RE clutch lever design. It increases pickup and do not require adjustment at every service.

Check usable piston travel distance in slave cylinder too. It should match with your bike's required clutch arm travel in order to accommodate for full clutch release as well as a little bit of free play. Master cylinder can only pump that required volume of fluid which slave piston travel permits but may have more unused reserve. So, it is more likely the slave cylinder assembly which you have to change; may be both!

Technically its semi hydraulic as there is a cable connected at the end . Hydraulic clutch mechanism travels all they way directly to the slave cylinder that is located inside the gearbox for shifting .. (hold n release).

What are the specs of this hydraulic clutch, specifically bore of the master cylinder and the slave cylinder? I have hydraulic clutch in my cars but for motorcycles, I prefer a cable operated clutch.
I think, if you change the master cylinder to a smaller bore, bit might work.
