Right off the bat, I'm in love. I rarely ever see people grow Scindapsus up! Absolutely love it. If you give it a flat surface to climb it'll shingle! Also yours is a Scindapsus Pictus Argyreaus. Exotica has a bit larger leaves and a different pattern.
If you haven't removed the smaller Birkin from the pot yet and you got the plant from a big box store, there's a good chance that it is in a woven seedling bag which is causing it to lean over. If it does have one, try to remove all of it! They can harm the plant in the long run from my experience.
