I have a theory is that the scientist is Dr.Vinderman from Save the World. They are both: -at one point voice acted by the same person (JB Blanc) -extremely intelligent -come off as boastful about their intelligence -have mysterious backstories that revolve around being an engineer/scientist They may not be the EXACT same person, as I believe STW and BR take place in separate realities, but I do believe they are both Dr.Vinderman Edit: he also keeps mentioning his “great” hair and looks, which (going off of Dr.Vinderman’s hologram) he has both of those traits.
