If someone watched this for the first time they would not know you and Chris don't work together every day. It always seems seamless, like y'all been working together for years. Great video.
Hi Wayne, they have been working together over the years. Chris comes up to Derby and helps Mike and Mike goes down to North Carolina and helps Chris. It seems they like and respect each other.
Ya got nerves of steel Mike. 👍 Awesome job finishing this "insane pond" project. Kudos to Chris for all the help.
Thanks
Just another great day!
This was a great reenactment of one of Letsdig18's videos from a couple of months ago. It is good that you had Chris come and help with the choreography to make this video as real and to true life as possible. The logistics alone mmust have been a nightmare😮😮😮!!! It was like being there again😂! Reliving my youth!!!
All joking aside Mike I like watching you guys working together. It's like a "DIRT" ballet with a bit of comedy thrown in😊😊😊
Always have to test the limits of the demo equipment. The skid steer passed the pipe test! Everything turned out amazing! Don't worry DP, there is nothing wrong with sounding like Captain Kleeman every now and then. We love his humor. Besides, Captain Kleeman has some DP moments. You just can't help it when there is such close camaraderie with great people!
When Chris was adjusting the pipe all I was thinking was watch the pipe crack and they’re gonna have go get another piece. Good gob guys.
It’s always nice to see two master operators working together. You guys are competitive, hard working and goal minded men who both grew up with their hands on the controls. Great video Mike. Aron and Matt are both probably in woods chasing deer jerky and summer sausage.
Great job can't believe the finish work y'all do with heavy equipment I love it and I'm wanting to see some big mulching jobs
Always enjoy when you and Chris work together. 2 masters of dirt. Job looks perfect.
It's always nice to work with experienced guys who think like you do, good video Mike
I enjoyed it more the first time I watched it on letsdig
Good deal
Lovely little fishing hole, nice place for a Barbecue as well. 👍
That seems absolutely insane coming up the bank with those machines. Amazing amount of work. Well done!
Maybe some day we'll see MBTS with a cane pole, sitting on the culvert pipe trying to catch his dinner.
Would love to hear something from Robert... always the silent one???
Man of Mystery
Glad the brakes were fixed on the loader.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, ideas and videos. Wishing you and your family the best.
Thanks
This was absolutely the most amazing project I've ever seen you do! You definitely qualify as a civil engineer. Great job 👍
Thanks
@@DirtPerfect what for you thank him for insulting you by calling you an engineer? kubota skid steer maintenance / repairs showed engineers are idjits. ;)
Watching you clean up the bank brings back memories….at the end of the first year I got proficient at run a dozer he throws me the keys to the D4(had best rop on it) and says make sure you pack the banks of the road cuts well…
That turned out great Mike! Couln't have happened with out ya! (and Chris and Robert and Aaron and and and Nice work. I am impressed and owner will be too!
Outstanding job on the pond putting the pipe in excellent video always enjoy watching👍
Nice job Mike you and Chriss are the dynamic Duo of excavating.
Let’s dig dirt, perfect 👍🏻
Darn it I wanted to see Chris and you guys go at it, on the go carts!!
Next time perhaps?
This whole project turned out great. You guys running equipment off the side of steep banks is always impressive.
In the immortal words of Dirty Harry, “A man’s got to know his limitations”. 😂
got my coffee,,,wife havin surgery tomorrow, prayers welcome, lets dig!
Great job. I can't believe how great it looks. That was a dangerous job.
hello mike it's is randy and i like yours video is cool thanks friends randy
Looks real good fellas 👌🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
This is one of those jobs that it's good the camera just doesn't even begin to show the grade you are working, Dam nice job Mike!
Thanks
Thank for sharing , always a pleasure watch your video 👍👍👍👍
We have these all over the cherokee nation in okla left behind from 60s and early 70s from strip mining, we call um strip pits and they can hold some big bass.
Yes I’ve watched this job on both channels. Nice job.
Love you guys. Thanks for the hat. I wake every morning looking forward to your next video. I watch a lot of TH-cam videos but only follow very few. You are in that very few. You run a close first with Captain Kleeman lol. Just kidding, that crazy nut. Love him though. Keep up the great content. Man behind the scenes, your the reason for the success.
Chris, USN Retired, native okie.
Great collaboration between you and Chris. Looks great as usual DP. Thanks again!!!!!
Hello dp an crew good job well done
That was very Entertaining to watch and it was very obvious that you all enjoyed doing this ! THANKYOU ALL !!!!!!!!
If the vegetation grows back, you could think, some one has build a road against a wall 😁
One hint, by transporting pipes the long way, I would set the forks against each other, as you do it now, the forks are pressed together at the tips, this force is multiplied be the length of the forks, divided by the width of the bracket, so if it the tip gets 1.000lbs of side force, the edge of the bracket gets pulled on with approximately 15.000lbs.
My favorite thing to do on a sleepy Saturday morning is to get some sweet bread, a cup of coffee, and watch dirt get pushed around by a group of fellas that are just masters of their craft. ❤
With the repeat i was dismayed at first!😢 Then the Chief Entertainment Officer chimed in, and I realized this gunna be as good as the first time around...well yeah you excavated okay BUTT CEO kept you and "let's dig" alive!
It all looked really nice in the end.
As you were tracking the excavator out after clearing the beaver dam it didn’t look like the owner would get a boat through but the view from the new dam shows a completely different perspective.
You and Aron will have to go down and put duel exhaust on his haul truck and make it sound good like Bubba Dump sounds and you all done a great job
You guys are my favorite TH-camrs and it’s awesome when I get to see you guys work together. Thank you. Keep it up.
The Overflow building in the Dam to the Valley. Chris on the Excavator make the Hole for the Drain in the Dam. A Ceramics Drain as Overflow, and the Dam side Stone to lay as Sceen for the Rainwater. To last all clear from old Branch and Wood. A Perfect Work from All. 💪👌👍
Good to see you and Chris together again, you're a good team.
Mike this job turned out awesome! You and Chris work well together, your friendship is amazing! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Glad you and your family, and all those in the Dirt Perfect crew had a blessed Thanksgiving. You and Chris, work together like a well oiled machine, even though you are in different states usually, doing their own projects, but when they get together, to help out one another, is is awesome! Both top professionals. Project turned out better than it every looked, and even the borrow bit looked like nothing ever happened in that location! Great video..
Love watching you and Chris work on projects together!
Hey Mike, thanks for a very interesting set of videos of excellent operators doing near impossible things! It should be noted that no fish were injured in the process. PS: I noticed your attempt to get Aarons ire up by asking Robert if he was a better rock truck driver than Aaron, Robert answers "Absolutely". I guess what goes around comes around.
I know this was filmed a while back, but the clay pipe stack is a LOT smaller! Good call getting that pipe when you did.
You guys make an amazing team so flawless team work
Thanks
Hello, happy Saturday morning. November 25th. Time 7:02 AM temperature 36°.👍NC
It's always great to watch you and Chris work together. Just having family all together made Thanksgiving. God Bless and Stay Safe.
Good morning Mike. I am glad you had a nice Thanksgiving. It looks like you guys had fun doing that job. Do you think you could run over and take a quick vid of it now? When your not too busy and at the yard. That would be cool. Have a good weekend man.
Man this job was right at home. No charge for having to tow the equipment
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
Well worth the wait Mike! God bless y’all.
talk about a dream team!
That was some impressive work with all the equipment. Those looked to be some steep working conditions. Great job!!!
For 2 guys that don’t work together very often, you make a badass f’n team! 💪🏻 Thanks for sharing DP!
Sweet collaboration 😃😃😃😃
Awesome job, wish I had some of those big boy toys to play with. Had fun just watching Thanks.
I'm about halfway through watching this, the third video of this job. And somehow it seemed like deja vu, like I'd seen this earthen dam, at the bottle neck of a pond, being worked on before??? Then it dawned on me. I saw it on Lets Dig-18's channel when I was somewhat younger.
That is amazing to see Dirt Perfect and Let's Dig 18 get together on a job. Just imagine putting in Andrew Camarata and Diesel Creek all four together on a job. That would be a amazing video. Andrew cammarata does some interesting and crazy stuff like install a radio in his truck with a chainsaw lol. Would definitely like to see the 4 collab together. Dirt perfect may have to head up North, to meet up with the other 3. What do you say viewers let's try to make it happen.💯🇺🇲👍💪🙏🙏
Except for Diesel Creek doesnt do excavation jobs...
Great job dirt man!!
bonjour de France
super video !! quelle belle fraternité
Great work on the steep hill clean up with the dozer! How did you like having Chris as an operator? I know you have worked together in the past but this was on your turf. Robert seems to be a competent operator, a man of many words lol.
Yes,!!! Keeping it Dirt Perfect with Great help,! Thanks for sharing, Great Job AGAIN 👍
Fine job from a fine team
Dynamic Duo.
Good morning DP and friends
Good thing you fixed the brakes on the ole front loader.
Dam good project Guys. Keep up the Good Work 👍👍👍👍👍
Y’all do amazing work. ❤
Thanks
Great video Mike but Chris aired this over a month ago it's still enjoyable thanks Mike and Aron ànd Chris and Robert
Great job done by experts 👍
Yeap, and so many can't remember why this project looks like a repeat video. LOL Remember everyone calls DP channel the history channel lol but it is all good. DP has some great and high quality videos out.
That turned out to be very nice. Have a great weekend.
[52:03] The dam worked out well. The banking would work with some grass to keep it held together
Chris is the best operator on TH-cam hands down! :)
As Paul Harvey would say now for the rest of the story. This was some great videos and it looks awesome
Nicely done
I know why its done this way but it always makes me chuckle to see you guys did a hole in a perfectly good dam! :D
You guys do a nice job!
👍👍👍👍👍great job
Love the finish look! That rip rap was a very nice touch. Enjoyed this series very much. 🤗👍🇺🇸
You've got some smart beavers in Derby, I didn't know they used car tires to build their dams (at 41:13 minutes). 😀
It is fun to see how the machines defy gravity! Great job!
Perfect 👌👍gedaan en mooi om te zien hoe jullie het samen doen prachtig 🎉Groetjes uit Holland 👋🏼🇳🇱
I thought about this when you were laying the clay field pipe
but thought it may be more trouble than it’s worth unless you’re using the Pipe Hook a lot.
If you were to build a lifting strap(or chain) as:
Shackle to Pipe Hook Hook Shackle to Lifting Eye on Excavator
Connect a shackle to the center lifting eye on the Pipe-Hook.
Move the hook where it is needed, front or rear, maybe the center.
You should be able to lift from the center without re-hooking unless the strap is too long.
Just a thought, that cost more money and more time...
Good seeing Chris on your channel again.
We covered all this in the videos of building it
@@DirtPerfect Ah, Maybe that's why I didn't post this the first time I thought about it...👍
Great job guys !
My morning go too!! lov ya guys!! Here we go! Coffees on!!;-)!!!
Good Thanksgiving to you n your family.
What a pleasant surprise to see you and Chris working together ... my favorite TH-cam "Operators". Looks like Bubba Dump's custom exhaust system is holding up nicely too
Good job guys
Some mighty fine..digging,pushing and hauling..she turned out perfect...now the big question is will the beavers 🦫 like your dam version or will they jam pack that drain culvert full of debris and mud 😂.. incredible job as always 😎🚜🇺🇸🛠️😇
Loved seeing this from your end. We watched it 3 months ago on Chris's channel. Ha ha. Y'all both did a great job.
It always amazes me how a piece of land, even one that you think would be totally useless for building or whatever, can be transformed and how fast it can be done with the right people using the right equipment.
this video must be a month old already Chris was right for how long he said it who'd take yea to get it up
Closer to 2 months
Don't know Mike if that would be a good idea you do not have your safety officer on seen this morning🤔
@@greatergood3706that's been normal, appreciate the fact that we have a video to watch
How does Chris like his 330 and your 210 DP
If it’s only a month behind then DP is way ahead of schedule. 🤣😂
He’s explained several times that he has the videos uploaded but scheduled for release at a later date because that gives him a buffer for a little thing called life. He may record and edit 4 videos one week then maybe only one the next week so in the long run we get a regular schedule of releases.
Hi Mike, I have to say the job you guys did was a great watch. 👍
Good on you for doing the DOT seminnar. It is great to help people learn how to do stuff right! thanks for all that you do!
Very Nice Job !!! Still looks scary as heck !!
