RUSTIC BREAKFAST

I made this recipe for the love of breakfast. I love the taste, rustic look, and elegant at the same time. RECIPE:
3 Yukon Gold Potatoes
4 Eggs
1/4 cup mozza rella cheese or any cheese that you like
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or butter
½ tsp black pepper
Cold Cuts of your choice
½ green onion
Salt to taste
