Can you show quests you have done? Or the route to take for building an account like this? Also really good video's

Essential quests are monkey madness + daeroes training, nature spirit, heroes quest, fremmeniks trials and dragon slayer which puts you at 42 defence with barrows gloves.
For melee you can either train as usual until 130 combined melee stats, (50 att, 80 str, or 60 att, 70 str) and then the main method used for training strength is keg balancing in the warriors guild, gets 45-55k exp per hour and all you need to do is sip a dose of energy potion every few seconds. Best bet would be to make sure you don't go over around 60hp via normal melee training, and then finish off getting 130 combined melee stats by doing the pump at the blast furnace, because you'll need some HP experience saved for NMZ points for ring imbue, and quests etc.

@@Brahrker Yeah sweets are pretty expensive these days as well. I’ve never done one before, but I think they aren’t too hard, just take a long time. With your HP level though, may be tricky
