I was privileged enough to meet - years ago - the three Drag Queens whose performances in part inspired the movie The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert; the performances during their Girl World tour, which I both filmed and ended up participating in, revealed the artistry behind Drag and how, far from being restricted to lip-syncing Barbara Streisand songs, it can be a genuine performance art. My own Drag persona - Hellen Damnation - was born from that revelation. I love Lynks work as genuine Drag!!
