Got to see these cats about 20 or so years ago here in the states and of all states Arizona. Missed them a couple of years ago and am still hating that ultimate senior moment.One of the best shows I had ever seen.I was working for a band that played this music during their breaks.Still love it!

Although the background and the type of music both artists play is quite different, Island records was looking for a musician who produced music up to the simular standard as Bob Marley. They looked all over the world and they came up with King Sunny Ade and Ebenezer Obey. None of whom are from Turkey, what does that tell you.
