- I created this as a movie trailer for a book called Their Skeletons Speak that I read in my favorite teacher, Ms. Barnes class. :) This is a little bit of my journey and gymnastics. Anything is possible it you put your mind to it. Don't let the words that anyone tells you effect your ultimate goal. Keep your head up!

Tracie Reid I am not that good I used to do professional training but then the they stoped teaching gymnastics and only karate and judo there so now I have to take a lower level training and now I don’t know what to do! Andddd I bet you are really great on gymnastics

My arm was broken too, the cartilage was broken, we sat back, but it was a little crooked I watched this movie long ago, I came to my mind and I watched it 2 times 3 times in a row and it was officially self-confident and now I am almost as good as before.
Hi Azra, first I am so sorry for the injury you had to endure! I know that you are back and stronger than ever. I suffered from a severe back injury in high school and went to compete at the school of my dreams. Find your self-confidence, look in the mirror and say "I am beautiful, I am strong, and I am confident!" Those statements are true!
I Love gymnastics I usually do it in my living room but when but when this coronavirus thing happens I was scared that I would never able to reach my dream but when I watched this movie it inspired me and it showed me that anything is possible :)
Awe! That is so awesome! I believe the movie you watched was about Ariana Berlin! This was a video I made of myself when I was in HS. Anyways keep chasing after your dreams don't let anyone or anything stand in your way. It takes hard work and dedication. Have fun and reach your goals!

Hi Tanja, I think you might be thinking of the Ariana Berlin movie! I would like you to know you can put your mind to anything even when you have people who underestimate your abilities. Over coming my injury was by no means easy but with hard work I made it come true to compete at the university of Alabama for 4 years! Make those dreams a reality and don't ever doubt yourself!

Honestly, I still tear up to this day! When I made this video I was not sure if I would be able to compete at the university of Alabama. Here I am now retired and competed 4 years at the school of my dreams! Stay strong!

I am so sorry you broke your arm! You will recover in no time! Hopefully by now you are! Keep your head up take it one day at a time! You know your body better than anyone else! Listen to it!!
This makes me so sad because I have been practicing gymnastics for more then6 years but I had to stop because my foot was hurting so bad and it was my favorite thing to do ever 😭so now im doing dance and my foot still hurts and don't get me wrong I love dance but I just loved gymnastics soooooo much 😞😞
Hi, I wanted to tell you to never give up on your dreams. I am blessed to be doing the sport I love but there were days coming back after my back and shoulder surgery that I wouldn't be able to do the sport I love. My body definitely still hurts but my love for the sport outweighs my pain! I definitely find myself getting frustrating due to the inablility to do some of the things that I used too, but I give it everything I have with what I am capable of doing! I am so sorry you had to stop gymnastics that is the hardest thing to do especially when it is not your choice! Keep your head up!
Þórunn Gunnarsdóttir I had the exact same problem, I stopped gymnastics after my foot was so painful. I was in the junior elite team and that was my world! I started hip hop and had to stop that because one day I was doing a flip and my foot didn't land properly. I broke it in 3 places and can never go back to dance or gym. My only dream is to prove those doctors wrong.

Þórunn Hanna do you have flat feet? Mine hurt so bad when I did gymnastics. After lots of practice and painful workout I got an ark in my feet

I was training double layout all the way until this past week! I had a concussion in the middle of season from that skill and I got it back better than ever but I didn't have enough time to put it out there prior to post season!

I can definitely see how that confusing! I am ariana guerra! I trained at Texas Dreams in club and went to the university of alabama for gymnastics and overcame a back surgery in high school! I was told I would never be able to do gymnastics again and this was during the time I was trying to come back from it and get to alabama! :)
