Actually true i have one, the bass hits hard when indoors but outdoor not really, since i am a mostly an outdoor person i dont recommend buying jbl charge 4 as its not that loud in my opinion

The pulse series the worst sounding of the portable high performance jbl speakers... if they sounded like a charge series it would be nice... but a flip series can take em lol...
