This character to me was based off Rasputin was a white Guru and very sexual with incest, he'd used his eyes to manipulate people.. One day the town killed him
Why didn´t you use the finishing move with the love grave in which Rasputin grabs the enemy and makes "love" with the oponent?
Not in this game. He didn't get that until World Heroes Perfect.
