actually, that music is what EVA Air plays during take off and landing, which really adds to the feel of returning home to Taiwan :)

It's mostly Taiwanese folklore and they do sell the music on board or online. The music has been one of their most successful marketing strategies as it always evoked nostalgia among Taiwanese expatriates.
