I wholeheartedly concur that the wives shouldn't tell the mistresses so early in the game as to what the real situation is and what the outcome is about to be. BUT I think that the reason why the wives let those mistresses know so much is a half-hearted attempt to gloat about the trouble the mistress is about to be in with the cheater-cheater ex- husband. I think that she should actually wait until after the divorce is finalized, and the mistress finds out for herself what the real deal is. Some stories I have watched on other channels have followed exactly what I'm talking about and made it so much more satisfying and karmaic with that wholesome LMAO goodness.

Well for one, doing it this way denies the cheater the girl they willingly ruined their relationship for. Secondly, the format of these stories limits the stories the writers can tell. All the information, that we the viewer get is through text, so that's how their twists need to be delivered.
