After apply new e-np publication, how to make up-date for voyager8 with same publication, to see in voyager this new digital publication? Many thanks
did you find solution? how to export permit file from voyager ?
When I install the permits, the new publication appears but shows "data not on device." please help Wht to do
You need to update this publication using latest update CD or to update using internet. Update CD you should rcvd from your chart provider.

Yes permit needs to unlock the publication, but all media is on CD or you can update via internet.
