Next, look up "alkalizing and acidifying foods". Everything we cook is dead so you have to eat life/salad. You have to drink up to 4 quarts of water a day. You can get 5 gallons of distilled water and add a tsp. of good sea salt to up the pH. ALL herbs are alkaline .. ALL pHarma is acid. Not all pHarma is good but not all is bad. The trick is to up the pH of your body. Burdock is those things that stick to your pants when you walk through a field/velcro type thingy. I can't get specific for if I were to you could die from taking herbs the wrong way. For example, if you have liver blockage and I give you the recipe for liver cleanse the purging has no where to go thus a rupture and you are dead.
