I related to this song on a different level. Shortly after the album was released, I was involved in a hit a run accident which sent me to the hospital. Scan showed nodules that ending up being diagnosed as Lung Cancer - Stage 3B and I was only 45 with 2 beautiful children that loved and depended on me. I was so scared and truly believed I was going to die. But I am still here fighting for my life . . . because it is a Life Worth Living!!!!

Been a fan for so long. God I love this song. Saw him live a number of years ago and hope to again. Really what a talent. I feel selfish to say I don't want him to ever "blow up". Somehow I think something will be lost if that happens. Anywho, this guy is giving us a master class on authenticity.
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor, 3 years since i was told. Cancer free about a year and a half. . My Mom passed away on 6/29.17. I was alone (it was 09:27pm) in the Hospital for Radiation Poisoning complications. I just turned 50 this month. This Song is straight to the Soul and it won't let it go! Only way to heal, is to feel.
