Made this today. I wasnt too sure if it would turn out. I made the sauce and wasnt really impressed by the flavour. My dough kept ripping much to my chagrin. Even though my pan was thoroughly greased, a few area still got stuck (I used a glass casserole dish). But hot gosh darn it! This tasted amazing. My partner and I loved it! Its a repeat recipe. We only meant to have a small piece each and now we're enjoying our food comas.

Ok I'm not gonna lie but that pizza looked freaking fabulous. Yes I so rather use already cooked meat & always get the them goodies from the pan. I'm just starting on my homemade pizza crust journey & been kinda testing out them pre-made mix pouches so far. Making this pizza sure would be a massive step up on my pizza game. Why this kind of pizza dough curing/raising method better than few hours in a warm place kinda thing ? I've never had a pizza like this for sure. I know the self-shredded cheese is much better it's just..lazyness on my part ooohh 😜. Thanks for the drools 👍😜👋
