In my opinion John doe is pretty balanced. Most of his moves stop you or slow you down, but if you can use them right you get a reward. His trail passive is a bit too overpowered, considering he can do 30 slash damage. I'm a John main.
Massive damage, guests take extra damage from the trail if they attempt to bash or block, he can block people with the spikes or just guarantee kills if he gets lucky and the spikes make players trip. I dont know if hes really balanced, if anything just slightly overpowered.
@@thetwinsmainttv That's pretty much my precise opinion, and actually why I picked up John as a main to begin with. It feels like he can actually do things against the usual tricks survivors do, with being able to block off loop and camp spots, having less stun duration, and the trail to get some extra chip damage on survivors trying to strafe (assuming it doesn't bug out and disable for the rest of the round, that's never fun). Plus I just think he feels good to play, much more than the other killers, so that helps.
@@thetwinsmainttvYeah as good as John and the other Killers are, they’re in a game where one decent “Noob” can prolong the first hit for like a minute on end, and that’s without even considering how Elliot can undo that hit immediately and either escape to safety or just tank hits himself so the Noob can regenerate stamina, just for him to come back and hurl a pizza at your targets face. I think the killers are only really overpowered without there being a single decent survivor, which there usually is, otherwise I think server wipes are only really reserved for like great players against a team where the Elliot just dies instantly, Coolkid himself is fantastic at singling out Elliot’s which I’d say probably makes him decently powerful.
Every time I see a john doe with the santa skin I'm going to die Every time I see a regular john doe I'm going to live But god, if they have the yourself skin or a milestone skim
he gets carried by his passive honestly, i have no idea why they decided to just have his passive completely invalidate certain moves. Other than that he requires zoning or REALLY good aim with the spikes (seriously though can we get a guide on how to aim that? i can’t figure out how to aim it)
yeah his passives are really strong but I wouldn't nerf him because how survivor sided the game is rn just bring a bunch of guest n sheds and it's most likely a free win for the survivors unless they are really bad
You aim by looking around or at the target You can use it as a blockade by aiming at possible escape routes and paths the target may use. You can hit multiple people either as group or in a line depending on how well you aim. Landing a successful hit i think gives you speed
@@Moon-light848 -spikes deal alot more than 12 dmg and spikes can cutoff routes -the trap shadow can stop looping and objectives(or you will get a speed boost) - he has the the best x ray ability rn -he gets rewarded for being stunned -can oneshot sentries and for the last his glitch fluid? if u just try circle around him u can step on it and get slower and take dmg
what the fuck why did I wake up to it having 1k views
I'll be making more forsaken videos for sure since the game is really fun

@@xxitjixx in the games current state I think it's fine he's a little strong since the game is super survivor sided
@thetwinsmainttv true, with good team composition all it really takes is 1 shedletsky or Elliot and the killer is kinda screwed with time.

Stunners HATE him
As a shedletsky main I can agree. We stun him just for him to get back up instantly AND gets a speed boost
@ that’s why I like him
Im not gonna lie i think johns kinda bad if you dont let him back you into a corner, every time i die to him its completely my fault.
MR STINKY FOOT DOE/MR ANTI JUKER DOE. But serioisly this is just to broken
whyyy why dont you use traps plesae always use your traps
this map is the best for traps too just place them on the bridges

No
