If we use best quality resin in cation, anion vessel and MB vessel. Mostly we cant reduse waste water of DM plant but we re-use some where and treat again thru other plant like STP, cooling tower, ETP where ever can be use.

DM water generation and Re-generation is both are different Generation comes under Raw water converted into DI water by using sand, carbon,cation,anion, and mixed bed. In time of re-generation we are using suitable chemicals like HCl into cation NaoH into Anion. We have the calculation how much quantity to be charge based on vessel capacity.
Sir please make a video how to calculate cooling tower fan efficiency, sump capacity, and how to calculate flow rate for chiller like 500 tr chiller take how much cooling tower flow and chilled water flow.
There some steps for regenerate MB. Backwash Settling Caustic injection Caustic rinse HCl injection HCl rinse Air mixing Final rinse . If conductivity bot getting less than 1, then repeat air mixing and then final rinse.

You can use UV or ozonator for it and one more thing you can try to maintain 20 degree c water temperature it helps.
What happen If change the Cations and anions vessels... ?
That means first installed or used the Anion vessel and then used Cations vessels . ???
It will not work properly and will not parameters of permit water.
