The leaves look like stained glass, and the double embossing, with the clear powder really makes them pop. Thank you for a very nice tutorial! BTW, this is a lovely card!
Esther I don’t know which video to pick each and every single video is fabulous and are all my favorites!! Sorry I can’t pick a favorite cause they are all beautiful💖
LOVELY card! The softness of the background and the embossed, especially double embossed, leaves add SO MUCH to this creation! Thank you so much for the share n’ HAPPY CREATIN’!
what a gorgeous card, those lovely colours and your emboss methods are interesting ,the leaves are really pretty with dimension & lots of attractive sheen I love your creation 😊😊😊🌿🌿
When you started I wasn't sure about the blue! WOW!!! Was I wrong. It is gorgeous. What a beautiful card. The colors work so pretty together. Now I gotta have that stamp set!
Dsscrapie aww thank you for your honesty. The card was originally made for a colour challenge (colour inkspiration) I wasn't even going to make a video of it until a crafty friend asked!... I'm glad I did and can share the love
You may have gotten the inspiration of the colors from someone else, but I never imagined how exciting using blue in fall leaves could be. Your card is amazing. And thank you for your editing out the repetitious parts. Very effective.
Ha ha Liz! that made me chuckle! Thank you, The colours lent themselves to Autumn, but I didn't want it to look overly autumnal. I really appreciate that feedback, as I try hard to not go too far over 10 mins. I know as a viewer time is precious and better off spent if I didn't have to see every single detail ;)
Hi Esther, thank you for this tutorial, it just bounced onto my home screen and one of yours I haven't seen till now. I have been in two minds about this stamp set there are some very useful scenery building bits in it. But the leaves have won me over. I had totally forgotten about using my blender pen to colour and the extra embossing also another forgotten technique. Getting more and more things make you forget about these techniques we used to a few years ago. P.S. doesn't your work surface look neat. he he he. Luvs and Hugs xxx
This card is just beautiful! I love leaves but this card turns leaves into a master piece!! I will be saving this video for all my friends. Thanks for sharing. Love it!

I had no clue that you put white embossing powder on your leaves. For some reason I thought it would make the leaves 'pop'" if they were shiny. Loved the video!
Debbie Bailey it's called a blender pen. It picks up the ink colour and lightens as you go on. It comes in a set of 3 dual ended same tips. if you are UK based or France, Germany, Austria and Holland you can get them from my shop www2.stampinup.com/ecweb/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=102845
Brenda Gallaher thanks for your question Brenda. It is called a blender pen. It picks a clear liquid felt tip pen that picks up the ink colour and blends. So gets lighter the more you use the colour. After wiping it you can pick up another colour. They are available as a pack of 3 from Stampin Up, and double ended, so good value for money. Are you in the UK?
No, I'm in the US. One of the ladies in my facebook card making group sells Stampin Up so I can get it from her. The leaves you did are very pretty. I have always liked leaves and the way they change color.

What pen are you using, please.
