When falling in the infinity castle, the characters that are gonna die had a red back ground while the ones that are gonna live had a gold background.
Ok now that I caught up to the anime... This CG explosion? Didn't do it for me. Kind of silly overdramatic. The sound design was wonderful though. But this explosion will never hit as hard as the ones we've seen in Attack on Titan over the years. Somehow Wit made smoke and destruction look so impactful in AoT. It was HUGE! But here? It's like... I dunno. I feel like it doesn't hit as hard cause it's partially a simulation? It tries too hard to be realistic and loses a lot of artistic input. It just wanted to be flashy.

But I disagree with your final statement that ufotable "set a new standard". Like they had that kind of quality in the Fate series they adapted. Imo even better animation work than seen here at least in the departments that matter most to me. Obviously all I said is very subjective but ufotable is just generally releasing outstanding results and so far it didn't set any new standards (sadly). But as always I love your enthusiasm and ngl now I'm hooked again to see this series end. And that's thanks to you so there's that
Thank you for watching the video and I am so happy you are back on board with watching the show. The one hard part of youtube is trying to find an angle for something as simple as "Demon Slayer finale review". My big thoughts on this ep were I enjoyed the narrative but thought the visuals were a standout. Putting it into youtube talk naturally leads to things being a bit hyperbolic such as in no shape or form with this affect MAPPA or their production. That is just not how animation works. However in something that I think is the best I have seen as specifically at what is trying to do. The only words I can really think that works is setting a new standard.

Tbh i liked the swordsmith village arc more than mugen train , entertainment district and season 1 it is because this arc ik not having god tier animation like season 2 but uk season 2 was carried by its last 4 episodes and i enjoyed swordsmith village got to know more about the hashira genya and tanjiro and nezuko this season had lots of good teamwork especially in episode 4 they were fighting through the clones making unpredictable moves just shows how far these two have come so yea this season is my 1st favourite till now and i obviously know that it will change when final arc drops also we should all agree that this last episode is one of the best demon slayer episodes like throughout from starting to end i had chills the animation, sound effects and soundtracks woah this episode topped tengen vs gyutaro episode bcz i had chills only when they were screaming and i was flying on my seat so yea also btw like ur videos❤

When I first read Swordsmith Village Arc, I didn't like it as much as the Mugen Train and Entertainment Arc because the villains aren't that good. I also didn't like Muichiro. I read it when it was released weekly so the manga has not yet finish. Of course Nezuko conquering the sun made up for the villains. (Now Muichiro is top3)
But Finishing the manga, I realized that Gotouge compromised these two arcs for the payoff in the upcoming events.
The theme of Mortality/ Undying/ Legacy has been consistent since Season 1 (the earrings) But since it wasn't stated before, people glossed over it. It was only when Master v Muzan do we really understand where the Hashiras and the demons stand.
Many manga fans wanted the Swordsmith Village and Hashira Training Arc to be one season. But Ufotable decided otherwise. I think because they wanted Nezuko's conquering of the sun its momentum and then Muzan v Master its own.
I didn't watch a lot of reactions or supported the contents for last arc because I already know some ppl wouldn't like it as much or criticize over it- esp in the manga we only wait for a week and hashira training arc (Demon slayer marks and Nezuko's goal of conquering the sun explained right after) here we have to wait for almost a year. I didn't want to hear people hating on the writer.
I also think that many were haters that became new fans because of the hype of demon slayer but doesn't like the lore or the story so they don't really pay attention much. So when the fights weren't as good, they left just as fast as they came.
Infinity Castle is the best arc in the series. I'm so glad we're getting the movies. Although I think that the finale will be another 2 part movies
