@@janice2992 Foolishness! Those who call themselves Jews today (blue-eyed whites....) are nothing but usurpers and have nothing to do with the Hebrews of the Bible, who were black Africans with African customs (tribes, polygamy, circumcision, kings, witchcraft, etc........). Take a look: Revelation 2:9 & Revelation 3:9.

@LeslieChampaign Mythomaniac to the death? Fortunately the truth does not belong to the so-called 'Jewish' (fake Jews, see Revelation 2:9 & 3:9). Noah was not a Jew but he knew the truth perfectly well

I was raised Catholic and attended Evangelical Christian school for 10 years. Never were the commandments discussed like this. Instead, a human being's relationship with God was described as an unequal realtionship in which human beings were powerless and worthless. That kind of thinking caused me to spiral into severe mental health issues where I struggled with discerning reality. I wish 16 year old me could have heard this. I would have expereinced a lot less suffering and disconnect from reality & Others if I had. TDLR, thank you for making this video. This is really important stuff & I can't wait to pass these ideas forward.

20:07 Why are the 10 commandments split in two tablets?
20:26 5 principles facing each other
25:16 1st & 6th: Acknowledge I am (God) and that there's your neighbor outside of you. Don't be selfish, don't focus just on yourself and your needs.
40:05 2nd & 7th: God's irreplaceable and you have to be loyal because so is your spouse.
46:28 3rd & 8th: Respect boundaries because it demonstrates respect.
52:56 4th & 9th: Shabbat is the day of testimony there is one God, creator and manager of all there is. Don't make false testimony of the law. Look for truth always in every action in life; the whole truth. 56:06 ( אֶמֶת ) ( שקר ).
    1:04:38 5th & 10th
1:06:26 Trust God's plan for you. You are unique, have a mission in life and God has given you what you need to fullfil it. You were born into the right circumstances (your parents) and He will provide what you need (do not covet) to complete what He expects of you.

There shouldn't be spaces in between because then the app will not pickup the command (if you wwrite 5 space : 01). anna bar you’re spot on. 99% of christians have no idea where their religion originated from, and that it is in fact nothing but modern Baal worship, created by a sworn Baal worshipper, or how the dishonest translators have totally perverted what they call their “bibles”. In fact Christianity teaches their followers to reject the Words of the Creator, that it is “old” and no longer applicable - thereby making Him who has declared over and over that He never changes, to be a liar.

@@hurryslow1 If God gave a Law to people is because they are bad not good. If people are good there is no need of a law. The Law condems us, it doesn't saves us.You need only one sin to go to hell. God gave Adam death for only one sin and killed Aaron and Moses for only one sin, killed David's child for one sin. Only God's grace saves us, His mercy. God said I will give mercy to whoever I want: That's checkmate, theres nothing you can do to be saved except his free will. King David said clearly in his psalms "not in my sword I trust but in you Lord" means we are saved not by what we do for God, we can't impress God with what God gaves us, with our strenth and knowledge. No, No. Only the blood of the LAMB saves us by washing away all of our sins. Just like we all receive death for what one did, Adam, the same way we all receive life for what one did, Jesus. We all died in Adam and we will all be resurected in Christ.

The thought that you could just wipe away all your sins, via the sacrifice of an innocent. This idolatry and idea are completely antithetical to the Torah. Through heretical ritual of body and blood you are saved by a man’s grace? Original sin is a farce, we aren’t damned by design, but we choose to be. A fallen state

1:17:05 - Yes, if we know that we are special because we were created by God, and that we came unique through our parents, that is true self-respect. In other words, knowing this kind of specialness about you is really good (what was perhaps always meant to be since the beginning of creation). This is the foundation of respecting other people, no matter who they are. On the other hand, if I think that I am special because I have something - I will not respect myself if I don't have it or will always feel insecure. And I will not respect others if they don't have it. Sadly, this has become so much a part of universal corrupt human nature that this is the kind of specialness we mainly know.

Thanks for sharing these beautiful principles for our relationship with G-D!Through willing obedience, I will endeavour to remain intimate with the Spirit of Truth so that the Torah might become flesh in me too. The birthing pain of spiritual life is my stubborn will being re-made into a Holy Will of/from the Father. I believe a Child (in heaven) is part of the Mother (Wisdom) and part of the Father. A marvellous mystery! Grace and peace.

I will agree with Rabbi re: the word "Luck". As a non-Jewish believer in Hashem, it is not about luck, but about G-d's blessings. G-d is the source of mercy, love, blessings, favor and kindness; as well as the 10 Commandments.

Thank you, RABBI Kraft. I was a christian and now very interested in Torah. Your teachings are meaningful and wonderful. To all christian cynics and criticizers here, I say to you, your being here should only be to learn and not to confirm how truly insolent and bad mannered people who have no Torah are. Your criticisms and ugly words only reaffirm all the negative views jewish people have of you. Go away to watered down gospels and egotistic self-focused greek thinking if you are not here to learn how to live in the light.

On the contrary, He was talking regarding to heart (Matt.5) to not be as Pharisees who were keeping all laws but in heart were killing, comitted adultery etc., doing all thing without love.
Yer. 31:33 "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith YHWH, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people."

Note that the "Thou Shalt Nots" and the "Thou Shalts" are future-tense.
These ten commandments are prophetic. They testify the truth about who we, as human beings, are being made, in the likeness of God.
When we break even one of these commandments, we bear false witness against God's testimony.

Keeping sabbath is so important because it says to the world i believe in the creation that Hashem made the heavens and the earth and he rested on the seventh day:

    • @nenasia
      @nenasia 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

d sabbath of Moses depends on Exodus 12:2.....all months of d sacred calendar by G-D starts wd d beginning or new moon.yes, all months of G d's calendàr starts on d beginning moon of Gen 1:14 ,a full moon. d New Moon is not d new moon of our gregorian calendar.it is d full moon of d gregorian calendar....by d way,d feasts of G d depends on d moon,Ex 12:2.Passover was 14th of d evening of d 1st month expressed in Exodus where d first day is d first day written in Exodus 12:2 nd d 1st month is still in Exodus 12:2b.d 15th day of Nisan or Abib is d 15th after d New Moon....Gregorian calendar was made 1500 +.Ds is not what Moses followed.so, according 2 Ezekiel 47:1,3;Isaiah 66:23,New moon is a holy day just like d Sabbath.no buying or selling is allowed. Amos 8:5. new moon is not a working day.day 2 of d month is d start of d working day,d start of picking d manna done until d 6th day of work which is d 7th day of d month.Joshua attacked Jericho on d 7th day of d month.d Book of Jasher mentioned dt Joshua started going around Jericho on d 1st day of d month.d 8th day of d month is d Sabbath day.also,d 15th,day 22,day 29 of d month.all months of d Hebrew sacred calendar has ds fixed dates.if u go back 2 Exodus 16,d 8th day of d month was d sabbath.no manna fell during ds day.

This is a very truly fascinating discussion, thanks for sharing! Jesus taught that the law was about doing (being) and teaching. When asked what is the greatest commandment he gave 2: loving God and neighbour, just as you said! In Mark 12:29-31, he seems to reiterate these same 5 principles but he calls them love (God exists outside you as well but is one), heart (loyalty), soul (not taking his name for your self), mind (memory during trial), and strength (faith in self worth/uniqueness not coveting someone else’s position in the kingdom). Thank-you!
