The minute the Police arrived at the Ramsey house, it was their responsibility to evacuate, cordon off, and search every square inch of it, as it was already the scene of a serious crime (that could, and did end in a worst-case scenario).

@MaryHarper-x6r It's sad when things like this happen to anyone but it is somewhat sadder when it is a child because unlike adults, children tend to be more innocent.
And children rarely go online on social media and try to fight and argue with people that they don't even know over something stupid, small, and petty. Some people have better things to do than that. I know that I have better things to do than that. It's odd that you would target my comment the way you did but you have proven my point. Children are small, weak, and innocent. Adults are not. When a child is victimized like this, it is very sad. I've never been convinced any of the family members were guilty.
Most likely, if their daughter was seriously injured, by whomever, they would have called 911 no matter what, and not suddenly treat her like a piece of meat, leaving her to die alone in the basement. Whoever attempted to kidnap Jonbenet had been in the house before, and ended up killing her in a panic because she awoke from her headwound and was screaming for her life. That looong ransomenote was likely written beforehand.

The ransom note was written by Patsy and that becomes painfully obvious when you look at the specific word choices that were used. She was fascinated by Paris/France, which is why her daughter was named JonBenet and the letter used words that most people do not use everyday derived from the French language. It also has a very lengthy and dramatic craft to it that harkens to Patsys obsession with theatrics.

Accident turned into cover up. Anyone saying “they were cleared by DNA”…that can be easily explained as someone’s dna at the Christmas party JBR attended with her family. It could have been a child for all we know that she was playing with. Too much evidence close to home and inconsistencies by the Ramsey family. I have no doubt the Ramseys know whole heartedly what happened. It will never be solved because of that. A grand jury indicted the parents but the DA rejected it. RIP sweet girl

I heard that John was gone for over an hour that day. When he returned home they told him to search the house. He ended up finding Jonbenet. That maybe it was a mistake to have made any eliminations. Everyone is still suspect because the DNA evidence they have can’t be relied on to rule anyone in or out. It’s really a tough break for the Ramseys that the unknown intruder was comfortable enough to use a pad and pen in the house to write a ransom note for a non-existent kidnapping for a ransom they never sought to collect, and entered and exited the house undetected by anyone in the house or the neighborhood. If only the unknown intruder had left more evidence that they exist.

I pray to God every day
You’ll survive all of life's lies.
    Little babies shoot up fast
As they need to stretch and grow.
They do such things as children do
In a world they’ve yet to know.
    Someday you will understand
    How your parents feel inside
    Someday you’ll have your babies
And raise them with great pride.
Of all the gifts that life may bring
A sweet baby is still the best.
