If your coming into newbiggin from sandy bay roundabout, just as you come in next to the traffic lights & the farm house theres signs for a stone cast company on your rights, at the bottom of that road theres another carpark with no regulations and youre probably even closer to the sea

NCC car parks are so inconsistent, some need parking discs (free but charge if you don't have one), some want paying, some contradict parking rules.....sort it out NCC
