When I’m absent mindedly singing a song and someone asks me, “What song are singing?” Suddenly I just get nervous like, “What if they judge me, what if they do this or that?”
I remember when I was in middle school one of my classmates asked me what type of music I like, and I was so nervous that they would judge me I changed the subject
Class Presentations... And Google Meet presentations because everyone can hear you clearly unlike in the classroom. but all the people looking at you in real life- I hate school ✨
I remember the absolute tension in the classroom when the teacher was picking who would present next. We had a projector and they’d connect their computers so our slides would show on the wall, and you could see their computer mouse hovering over all the names on the big screen, it was actual torture.
haven’t watched the video yet, but one thing that makes me nervous for some reason is when I walk out of the store after paying for something and knowing that I didn’t steal anything; is walking past those damn beeper things that go off if someone steals something and I have this fear at the back of my mind that it’s going to go off when I walk by.
It actually happened to my mom and I once! The people there recheck your items, and if you didn't steal anything, they will know. Don't worry about it!

They're probably just on the phone with someone or doing something they can't do while driving but it still makes me nervous that they're planning something bad

Thinking about the ocean. Every time I imagine how deep, wide and unforgiving the waters are, as well as the dangerous wildlife lurking below, my stomach tenses. I get nervous when people ask me about my self like my brain is "what if they don't like ur hobbies, wait what hobbies do you do. Oh no they look unimpressed, oh shoot. I never should have said anything this is wrong. Wait what do I do in my free time? AAAAAA" and after I am done the person just looks kinda weirded out and confused that makes me even more nervous.

Another thing it the word “yea” idk why but without the H and in all lowercase makes me overthink everything I ever said to make sure they’re not mad at me
A bit irrelevant but in third grade I slept at my friend's house ( at the time I had problems with peeing in bed a lot ), we slept in the same room and in the morning I peed the bed, when I went to the bathroom I pooped bc I couldn't hold it anymore and I plogged the toilet.. Her mom was near and she told me it was fine and I think my friend never knew about that bc we stayed friends
