Descriptive:- In the normal times, we see 1-2 ambulances daily on roads. We often here about someone in relation getting a fever or any chronic disease like cancer, TB, heart disease etc. Nowadays there is a sharp decline in all these cases. There can be two reasons to it. 1. People are doing regular exercises and eating healthy foods to avoid corona virus and in addition, are avoiding all other body illnesses. 2. People are not well but are not visiting health care centres as they fear that they might come in contact with any infected doctor. People are not going to laboratories for any type of basic testings like sugar level in body, hemoglobin etc. The health care centres and workers, with all their efforts and with their limited resources are trying to contain the corona virus. Everything in life goes with a balance, control and coordination. Despite making all possible efforts to combat the global pandemic. The time has come to equally and simultaneously treat all other health crises.
    Problems for this:
    1. Panic among patients.
    2. Lack of transportation.
    3. Health care workers fully devoted towards corona positive patients.
    Solutions:
    1. Ambulance services for non- COVID19 patients should be readily available.
    2. Different doctors and wards for treating other patients.
    3. Immunization, testing and delivery of medicines to all patients.
    4. The multi layer health system should not be sacrificed to solve just one type of patients.
India needs to solve this problem speedily to make the situation better after the lockdown and containment of COVID19.
    Thank You.

With the commencement of phase 4 lockdown from May 18, the Centre had eased in some of the economic production & also had issued guidelines to resume work from office with 50% junior staff working on alternate days & all officers of the level of deputy secretary & above shall attend the office on all working days.
The gradual resumption of economic activity in various sectors is a necessity but following all the compulsory measures is not completely possible for offices residing in congested like areas.
Simple measures with little expenditure like physical distancing, compulsory use of face masks, regular hand wash, sanitization systems, self monitoring of health & storage of health aids should atleast be followed by every department taking the risk to work when the cases are reaching its high peak.
But its not all the responsibility of office to take caution for each individual rather each one of us working should take serious concern of our health & compulsory precautions.
    Some Measures:
    ✓ avoidance of public transport.
✓ if much crowded environment in office , the head should make the attendance to 33% till the ease in cases.
✓ use of self equipments for protection against virus .
✓ no ignorance of the environment in a friendly way to be not affected or suffer ahead with this pandemic.
Though govt has exempted pregnant womens & PWD workers from coming offices , it should be the duty of every individual to keep themselves quarantined if found even a mild symptom of the virus. Govt or offices can not reach out to every individual. The workers themselves had to realize the measures of need in hour so that opening up of economic activities may not lead to mounting up of cases.
    Thank you

    Descriptive-
Introduction- In India, last two three decades is very gainful for service sectors and we have seen a huge growth in this sector of our country but because of COVID 19 only this section is still working from home to provide continue support in India's GDP.Government opening open economic production partially like the other nations when the virus is at the peak in the country therefore extraordinary measures must be taken by everyone ( government, employers, employee ).
There are various challenges have to face by employer and employee and they have to fight with these challenges effectively therefore certain measures they can take which are given below
1- They have to maintain social distancing minimum 1 meter.
2- They have to clean there desk and hands time to time and should wear mask.
3- Employer have to follow the rules which is given by government that not more then 50% employees should present at service etc.
4- If anyone feels cold and cough and showing symptoms of coronavirus then he/she must take precautions and does not come to office.
5- Employer can also appoint a doctor for employees if he feel so (voluntary).
In last, Employer should see the value of reduced attendance, encourage staff protection and follow central government rules in a effective manner.

DESCRIPTIVE-Working safely: On workplace during the pandemic.
Introduction- In the lockdown 4.0 according to our PM Narendra Modi and our finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman gave us a new measure to live in this lockdown which is'' Aatm Nirbhar Bharat'' so the government has started economic production partially from this lockdown up to COVID-19 pandemic has not peaked, but it is really a big challenge for the country and workers to work in this pandemic.
Problems and Measures- In this pandemic and lockdown on a one-hand we want production and economic growth but on the other hand, we also have to think about safety measures parallelly, The Union Health Ministry has addressed the issue through a manual of preventive measures, he focused on behavioral change for safety like -- 1-Physical distancing of ''Do Gaz'' if not possible then at least 1 meter.
    2-Frequent hand wash with soap.
    3-Mandatory use of face mask.
4-Respiratory etiquette and self-monitoring of health.
these things are now familiar but people should adopt them in anyhow.
Suggestion- The center should provide testing at the workplace and where warranted, quarantining of both worker and close contacts, and a two-day closure of offices experiencing an outbreak should underscore to employers the importance of prevention., in addition of this now government should legalize the use of Arogya Setu app for every citizen, avoidance of public transport, people should be self-disciplined having hand sanetiser with them all time, etc, the more precaution we take our economy will surely be improved and the curve of COVID-19 surely be flattened in less time.
    Thank you.

    A hole in the whole
As we know covid-19 pandemic affected our health care system badly and in india health care system is not that much good as in other countries like Us, italy, France etc. As national lockdown is gradually increase phase by phase our general health care system is so much affected. As health care system is become challenged in most of the country to fight against covid-19 but our general health care system has been suspended from 2 month. Where every doctor are our front workers to fight with this pandemic but nobody taking care of the non covid-19 patient. Now a days for general disease like deague, malaria, HIV there is no good facility in our hospitals and patient are dying due to the lack of general health care system. This is the time when government should make a balance between covid-19 patient and non covid-19 patient. While the announcement of 20 lakh crore relief package for health is a welcome step and it should be utilised in good way. If we want that life after covid-19 will not suffer government should ensure that our multilayer health care system should not suffer due to this virus, they need to give it their whole attention now.

"HEALTH CARE SERVICE CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE OVERWHELMED BY THE PANDEMIC "
As we know our health care system is not good as in other countries. As Lockdown extended by the govt phase by phase. Our health care system become challenge in most of the countries to fight against covid -19.
Our general health care system is suspended from 2 months. Generally we saw the crowd in hospital for general health issue. But now in this pandemic left behind general health system. Our govt must focus on this side. They need to give attention non covid patients. This time we need to make balance between general patient and covid -19 patient. If govt not focus on this side then the patient are dying with other disease.
Our govt need to solve this problem then the situation better after this pandemic.

Descriptive 2:- It is high time, India's economy face many challenges due to COVID-19. Opening up economic production from a lockdown poses an extraordinary challenges. The Union Health Ministry has addressed the issue through a manual of preventive measures that cover all types of workplace and depends heavily on behavioural change, with some additional requirement for confined spaces such as offices. All the employees should have to maintain physical distancing of at least one metre , use face mask and frequent hand washing with soap ,sanitising contact surface in office and self monitoring of health. Because if they fail to maintain physical distancing , this will give the virus a free run as Chennai's wholesale vegetable market showed starkly. That's why employees should see the value of reduced attendance and encourage staff protection to protect themself from COVID-19. THANK U

    Working safely
We always hear "precautions is better than cure". At the pandemic like Covid-19 which spreading continuesily we all have to make sure to protect ourselves to be infected.
After the complete lockdown of 60 days now the time to back to the work for uplift our economy, then we have to go back to work , but Employers should see the value of reduce attendence and encourage staff protection.
✓Focusing on making the workplace safe and follow all guidelines issued by the government.
✓ Reduce working hours or use multiple small shifts to reduce gathering.
✓ Which work can be done from home make sure they don't come to crowding the workplace.

Before the outbreak of global pandemic novel corona virus ,the normal health care scenario was different. There were lots of cases of regular diseases like fever ,cold, lungs related diseases, heart related diseases etc..But now a days the number of people going to see doctor for these cases is very small as compared to the previous case. This is because of 2 main reasons ::
1)The poor availability of medical facility
    for non covid medical cases.
2)people may be afraid of the fact that they might come in close contact with the infected ones in the hospital .
    Problem:
1.The general people are not getting proper health care facility due to non availability of ambulances and doctors in proper time .
2.The money that comes from these general health care system is declining because of less number of people coming to hospital for non covid cases.
    Solution:
The govt should increase the medical facility for general people by providing
them ambulances and medical staffs at the time of need.

From 18th may, government have imposed lockdown 4.0. The centre had eased restrictions to resume officices with some guidelines.
    The guidelines are -
    1. Reduced no. of employees with 50% staff working on alternate days.
    2. Mandatory use of maskas and sanitizers
3.Maintain physical distance of atleast 1 metre although PM narendra modi said to maintain physical distance for atleast 'do gaj' which is not possible because lack of space in workplaces.
    4. It is mandatory to have temperature kit to test employees or other
    5. If any employee find symptoms he/she would allow to do work from home and the whole office would be closed for 2 days.
These are the guidelines which must be followed at workplaces. One more important thing is that we all have to be very cautioned while going office or anywhere. OUR SAFETY IN OUR HAND !!

    DESCRIPTIVE:-
Now a days COVID-19 is became the biggest concern around the country. All hospitals and clinics surrounded by affected people. From 2- month the nationwide lockdown is being increased, in this scenario one thing can notice that many people who were suffering from Malaria, Tuberculosis, diabetes, malnutrition, parasite etc. , not show during the lockdown due to fear of COVID-19. Probably, the primary health care services is being ignored of non COVID-19 patients.
By the time, I have seen in vicinity areas where Hospitals authorities deny to admit non COVID-19 patients, it could be possible that Novel coronavirus less frequently then the new pandemic of non affected patients hits our country.
Most of the part of health care sectors have being channelized towards the virus efforts. Health department must raise some crucial measures to treat those who depressed other disease.
1- Commence of Ambulance which picked up only non COVID-19 depressed person.
2- Hospitals and clinics should separate the COVID-19 patients surrounded area and in other area must be used for treating others.

    "A hole in whole"
It's been about 2 months, the world is still combating with the pandemic & recently india has crossed 100k cases & so on.
But besides covid-19 other patients are there who have other diseases such as TB, HIV, heart issues or some related to other. These patient also be treated well in the hospital which only for other disease not for covid-19 patients. There should be proper medication & deploy sufficient number of doctors & nurses for these kind of patients.
Another need is financial support for states from the center because in many states there is a requirement of health equipments & money to establish ward for patients of covid-19. Center should have proper communication on this issue which can fullfill the needs.
    Thank you.

We live in a vast populated nation and in today's environment everyone has Some health issues . before pandemic we used to see every small clinics were filled with patients but now, these clinics are empty, there can be two reasons for that, 1. Everyone is healthy and they don't need to visit hospital or 2. They are ill but not going to access health care due to fear of coming contact with infected doctors or patients which is a cause of concern. In hospital, healthcare workers are also devoted to covid-19 cases but other diseases are also threat to life and needed attention.
In hospital, separate ward or doctors should be there for other than covid-19 patients so that, we can live healthy after this pandemic.

We will all together work and help each- other people and then our whole country will come up to level from pendemic crisis.
After some time all other circumstances all come in the good level of pendemic crisis
But, we will take off our normally lifestyle and working life.

Article 1-"A hole in the whole"
The pandemic which all the nations were faced and the difficulties being apart which creates a massive destruction in the health or economic crisis day by day. When the normal times there were a lot of patients in the hospitals due to several disease but now its a change in that situation which looks like all the hospitals where full of carona patients. Generally, there were a lot of gatherings of patients who have many disease such paralysis, tuberculosis, HIV, bacterial disease etc. But no2 the fact is that this condition is like emergency so that doctors were not available in a huge number for those patients who were not infected by carona virus. So the big analysis is that our nation which are mainly infected by carona and all the other diseases were not treated by our doctors. This lockdown, as it was conceived originally and this pandemic has taken the parts and overwhelmed the whole.
The problem faced by the citizens are as follows:
There were lack of facilities in the hospitals and doctors.
The doctors who have treated their patients with online mode because of the crisis caused by SARS -COV-2 virus.
Also the ambulance were available for only emergency which forms to be lack of treatment of other diseases.
Due to this outbreak, only culled patients were listed for the treatment by the doctors and confined cases in the hospitals. The persistent by our government to the resumption of our nation were gradually increases and fight with pandemic till their end.

To boost up the economy, offices should be reopend because if it is not done then the upcoming situation of country is going to be worse. Employees must take some security measures when go to offices.

*There should also be an encouragement of staff protection by the employer with in the guidelines issued by the union health ministry which involves:-

    2) mandatory use of face mask,

    DESCRIPTIVE 1
In the current scenario in which we can see that the present pandemic situation is dormant everywhere especially in the field of health sector. As we see that nowdays doctors are busy in testing and treating the Coronavirus cases. So, there is a tendency that doctors somewhat sideline the other diseases. This is because the deadly virus cases seem to be more emergency above anything else.
But that doesn't mean that those other diseases or health problems are lesser threat to our lives. Some of these can be heart problems, TB, various forms of cancers and others which are also deadly to our lives.
Thus, there must be a separate wards reserved wards in various hospitals. Some patients can also be quarantined in their homes if their conditions are so. This will help in greater effective usage of wards. All the hospitals including private and public health care centers collectively deal with the both the situations of pandemic and other health care issues. This will help the patients of all kinds to live a healthier life.

✓The people have to wear mask whenever they go out.
✓ People should be make at least 1 metre distance from to another one.
✓To make equipoise we should have to follow the restrictions from the government.
✓By protective themselves we should remember the humanity and cater to those one who wants this by serving food and vehicle that could we provide from their level we should do.

Employers should see the values of reduced attendance and encourage staff protection. As we know staff are the assets having the great value. When a staff works through its innovative skills and ability, it brings a high value to the company. On the way, if the staff is healthy and any kind of disease free, it is always ready for any challenge every time.
But if staff gets infected or not well or even some staff members get ill, it affects the performance thereby creating the burden of work on other staff. This decreases the efficiency and ability of the staff to complete the targets in a timely manner.
Thus, it is inevitable for the staff to remain safe. The employee by keeping himself safe not only saves other employees but also saves his family. This also reduces burden of costs on health remedies. The only way he has to invest in keeping himself safe. This includes sanitizing himself, washing hands from time to time, keeping physical distancing. If by chance, he gets infected, he should get himself quarantined.
This way not only economy will boost up but also keep up the healthy and safer environment for everyone.

Introduction: Health care services other than SARS-CoV-2 cannot be allowed to be overwhelmed by the pandemic.
Main Body: In today's fearsome situation of pandemic, all the care and facilities given particularly to SARS-CoV-2 and it is necessary. The whole hospitals are converted into corona care center and patient other than novel corona virus are not allowed in the hospital. Though there are some private hospital providing other health care services yet are not affordable to lower class people. Also pandemic create a fear in people of getting infected if they step out for health treatment.
Many news came that pregnant women get infected by virus as they goes hospital for check-ups. There is bilateral chance infection when doctor giving treatment to patients. Due to such reasons patients are concerned about their health problems.
Conclusion: Regardless of covid-19 other health care services should be provided by taking proper care so that people can get safe medical services after all health is wealth.

    Working Safely-
Since we have entered in the fourth phase of lockdown where some exemptions are provided to partially restart economic activities. Govt. has directed all the government offices to work with 33% employees of its capacity with senior employee and rest of them to work from home. This was just to maintain social distancing at workplace and to lessen the intense contagion of virus. Now the private companies are considering to re-open their offices but precautionary measures must be implemented unless it will become shaky.
We are witnessing a huge fallout in economy so it the demand of time to revive our economy to avoid enormous recession in the future. Govt. is directing time to time for the prevention but it is high time to take our own responsibility and inculcate some basic habits in our daily routine until we overcome this virus such as-
*Wearing mask and using sanitizer on each and every day
*Washing hands with soap in work place every hour
*Maintain social distancing in office area too
*Sanitize the working table before start work on it
*Abandon the use of public transport as much as possible
*Office employers should arrange screening procedure to each and every employee
*If any employee feel suspected he should go for self quarantine for 14 days and the whole primises should be vacant for two days.
These are some basic measures which can be taken by the people. This is a good move that govt. has directed all the pregnant women and older employee to work from home regarding their safety measures. Since we don’t have any vaccine for this virus, precautions and social distancing are the only way to curb this virus. It has passed almost two months of lockdown and it can’t be extended anymore so we have to survive for our lives and livelihoods. Awareness regarding precautions should be provided by govt. and employers on large scale. If every individual will take one’s own responsibility as duty there will be less severe chance of contagion.

Patients were running their particular healthcare consultant (doctor) . In the rural and semi urban areas it is normally in running state but fully urban areas doctors who are specialised for something are not available due to this pandemic and also patients are not going because of transportation, because of restrictions, because lack of doctors.
Owing to pandemic, healthcare system cannot be overwhelmed. We can see , In our country resources are limited if the graph reaches at peak point then may it make worse condition so that precautions must be necessary.

Before the covid-19 pandemic, the health scenario was different but right now it is different. Earlier there were a lot of cases like fever and other chronic disease like TB, cancer and heart disease but now there is a decrease in it.
There are lot of reasons for this:-
One might be afraid to go to hospital in fear of this pandemic.
    Lack of transportation facilities
Due to this covid-19 pandemic , an increasing amount of resources in the health sector are diverted towards dealing with this pandemic, patients of other ailments have been forced to take the back seat. Only emergency cases are being treated, leaving out many who are in dire need of care.

Health-care services stood tireless profession as always even when the pandemic was not exist ,the question rose here that what's the cause that now the countless patients of regular exisistance at medical centres are unappeared .
It rose a concern that, if the virus is taking all attention and neglegance of public health which could result in severe health failure among a number of citizens.
Now the time to equipoise the sorts, by equalizing the both public health- services along with covid-19 crisis.
Even there is a shortage in delivering life-saving drugs to patients of HIV, tuberculosis, heart patients , cancer patients .
To ensure a bright and healthy future after this pandemic we should not sacrifice the public health at altar of a virus .we should give more attention towards it.

Descriptive- Employees should see the value of reduced attendance and encourage staff protection"
As the whole world is struggling with this pandemic and facing economic crisis. Many countries have been lockdown for several months, and now trying to get back in their previous situations. The situation we are facing now will not be normal at once. It will take time.
India is also trying to improve it's economic conditions, for which it will gradually open its industries, companies, offices etc. Anyone who works in industries, companies or anywhere needs to always wear masks, proper wipe their sitting area thoroughly and keep a certain distance from everyone.
Employees should be called at alternate days so that there will not be excessive crowd at the work place. And if any employee has a complaint like fever cough, get him tested immediately and the people who came in close contact with him should also be quarantine. Until this virus is eradicated from the root, we have to be careful.

Employers in office should follow the rules to prevent themselves from covid19. It is the responsibility of every employee to maintain the social distancing when working in office. An employee must carry sanitizer, mask. The table and the chair where he seats must be sanitize before seating. Moreover all offices and companies should make either shifting process of working hours or order them to work from home. Because this is the only way to maintain social distancing. Office must give sanitizer to all its employees and check temperature when they enter the office. So in my opinion both employee and office management are cautious about this pandemic.

With the extension of nationwide lockdown till May 31, a lot of working sectors have resumed their work. With the resumption of working sectors the stress of maintaining social distancing and avoiding being infected have also been increased.
The working sectors have been guided to call the few number of employees at a particular tine so that there can be enough distance between the two individuals while being at work. Even afrer the resumption of work from offices, limited staff should present and should still encourage work from home as much as possible. The employees are also responsible for their own protection and should take proper measures accordingly in order to be safe. Follow all the instructions like sanitizing, social distancing etc. which we all are familiar now. Also should explicitly clean and sanitize yoyr own space irrespective of depending on cleaning members.
We need to be very cautious as currently neither we can stay at home without working nor we can work without being cautious. We need to take care of both our health and our economy thus both working and precautions are equally important.

"Employers should see the value of reduced attendance and encourage staff protection". After the lockdown we haven't say that the situation is normal and the people are safe. When we start going to our job/ office again then following precautions should have to be taken -. - before going to office bear the mask and cover the body fully. Personal sanitizer should have to be taken. When you will reach your office before using your computer system, chair table sanatize it carefully. - make distance with their office colleagues, so that social distancing will be maintained. - avoid street food and and other food in office. Try to make your food yourself and make the tiffin . - when you will come back to your home sanitize your hands and the take your shoes outside and wash your clothes ,so that virus can't affected to the family . - avoid freezer water, so that the chances of sneeze, cough , cold will be less.
