At 3:21 of the video how many bolts do you remove to move to top section back like that for side seam? I run an expertfold set up for just straight line, but my boss wants me to try a side seam soon.
There are only 3 bolts. 2 larger ones and 1 smaller. On the ones I ran, they took an 8 millimeter and 5 millimeter Allen wrench respectively. Take the fold belt off of the tower first to release tension before you loosen the bolts. Make sure the sword isn't too long, otherwise use a shorter sword. Use a longer sword on the other side to prevent the cartons from kicking out if need be.
