S. - the country where doo-wop started - doesn't sign current groups like the Lovettes, the Velvet Candles, the New Angels and others and release records by them. Sad. There are still Platters groups performing with none of the original members and they draw crowds.
@@jayjay5729 Love Roy Tyson's original but The Velvet Candles do it proud! Roy Tyson's original should've done so much better in the US, but it was released in late 1963, just as the British Invasion was ramping up.
