I've been trying different bikes but I've been riding the Yami for around 4 days and so far so good. Feels good on SX because it feels light and easy to throw around. Been here since before 10k and it's kinda crazy to see how big u are now :)
Most of my hours are on the yami every other bike feels weird to me lol
Saw someone's hotlap on sd test track on a ktm and switched to see if there was a difference... I was like 5 seconds slower on the ktm lmao
Same Yamaha 450 or the Honda crf450 feel the best. But really it’s all about your setup and suspension!
I think the Husqvarna is similar because it’s light and easy to throw around, but from my testing it has less tucking

@@Cogitent husky likes to slide and I find it easier to make a setup that doesn't tuck rather than one that doesn't slide lol
can’t say much, but i’ve been riding perris raceway on 2.5 for a while and after 10-15 laps ruts became quite deep but very enjoyable to go through, yeah they were much more slower compare to clean track, but bike felt very comfortable to ride!!

ive been riding the kx450f with skillz setup just for the geometry part, it make the front end stable and turn really well, as well as being insane through the whoops

Creators can get rid of jaggedness by using a higher res heightmap and a smaller dimension map. Thats why alot of these big compounds end up with more jaggies, because performance-wise, we're still limited to a 4k heightmap. And a 4k heightmap starts to degrade the erode quality after about a 500m X 500m map size. B18 did make erode a ton better though.

I've got a yzf450 setup where I can be quite lazy and case jumps but still do the rythms so most of the time I'll purposely case jumps so I don't have to brake and potentially tuck the front. Also I have my back brake separate which I only tap when I want to lose about 10km/h as I've found you can rely only on the front brake in most situations. I've only been putting in some sx testing but my b18 setup with some slight tweaks got me into the B main of rd12 at erneé with only half hour practice :)
The biggest thing that will keep you in the top 20 is lots and lots of hours practice and that's why the top 20 changes so much.
You should do an endurance video or something on ernee. I did some materials work on it, kinda along the lines of baking norms from a high poly model, to influence the deform to build up on the premade. Hell I'm sure you've already spun so many laps on it to have seen it organically
You should do walnut mx on 7x erode I had a lot of fun doing that. And I really enjoy the kx250 and kx450. Both my go to

Might be a dumb question, but how do you adjust max hud settings? My map has the black bacground and I cant seem to fogure out how to remove it and move the map to the corner of the screen
You should try drumclog with 8x erode
try 6.5 erode next

How long did it take you to get used to max bikes/ get decent at it? And what did you do to help you?
Like 100 hours but thats after 3000+ hours of mx simulator, so just time and more time and learning from mistakes
