    The part after the warm-ups.... is it one 10 second draw hold before each of the 10 ends of 3 shots of blind bale?..... or is it ONLY one 10 second draw hold and then the ten ends of 3 shots of blind bale?
    Looking forward to getting this started tonight.

    When you are doing the 10Second DH+10x3blindbale. Does one always use a target at 3meters? You mentioned to drawhold at a target.

    i no how important it is ta warm up before any sport related activity ' but can you explain to me bout your views on stretching, i was a bodybuilder,powerlifter and pro MMA fighter in the past and i still do a lot of weight lifting and ive always stretched all the muscles that were gonna be involved in that days workout before,during and after, before a cage fight i always stretched every muscle i new how to while warming up before show time, i love your podcast and you look pretty jacked like you have done some kinda weight training in your life and if all thats naturel then congrats on the great genetics ,lol i had to work my ass off ta get that big , my 1st love now is archery, im a bowhunter 1st but i love 3-d ive only ben competing since 2013 but shooting a bow bout 30 years now, i mainly shoot in the longbow class this year im gonna be shooting trad bow class, ASA is in louisville KY bout 2 weeks TB CLASS is on saturday we shoot only 40 targets total, anyway my question was bout, stretching not my lifestory lol , maybe you can learn me something i need to or didnt no bout stretching that is"" i still gotta lot ta learn bout competing with the stick bow so keep the videos comin i hope ta get on your podcast by the end of the summer or near future im shooting every day, thanx to you and your info im shootin smarter not harder,,
