If you find that your Facebook account has been locked or blocked and you can't get in, I walk you through the steps to fix it in this video. The key to unlocking your profile is to verify that you are the actual owner of the Facebook account. To do that, you need to have access to the email address associated with the account so they can send a code to your email. If you don't have access to the email you can use an ID to verify you are who you say you are. This will help Facebook recover your account and unlock it. This process works the same for iPhone and Android.

I can't get past the problem - my birthday is not correct and won't let me get past that, even in the help and the identify still wants me to put in my birthdate and I'm getting a message that says my birthday is not correct.
I am trying to select a photo of my ID and drag it into a box to send it in for identify it's me and for some reason it says the photo has to be 1500x1000 pixel size, so I went ahead and made it into that size and when I drag to enter it in bro the box it rejects the photo.

I tried to follow steps but it didn't work like that. They ask me to submit photo id which I have done two times but it is still locked after 5 days.
I have done this 100 times and every time I change my password I get an email saying my password was changed but when I press log in it just goes to an error page that says "Something went wrong, we are working on fixing this." But it's been a month. FB keeps sending me emails that I have 800 new notifications etc. I have tried every angle even went and tried to recover it and changed the email associated with the account - but I am always sent to the same page.

This didn't work for me and hasn't been working period. I reset my password after having to submit the code sent to my email and it takes me back to the "Your Account Has Been Locked" page. then acount was suspended
now its locked.
if i use the indenitfy it says : you are blocked from this action for using it to much

I went all the way to send email to me then I did not receive no email I put in my password and nothing

Facebook never likes the photo id's I submit. They are perfectly clear and readable.. Facebook is just SUPER phucked up...

Hi, followed instructions but code never sent to phone after numerous tries over two day. I was able to get a new code sent to my email, changed my password successfully (4x), but still get sent back to the 'your account has been locked' page. Nothing works.
I typed that code, but still takes ages to: two factor s authentication, and never opened since two weeks and many tries gone for nothing
unfortunately I gave them two forms of ID one my alias name and one of my legal ID and they still tripping on me is there any other way to get through it!

Locked out, tried (many times) to upload ID as instructed but every time FB says "We're having technical issues...try again". Tried to contact via FB chat and get this response: "Long wait, try again in an hour". I can't even cancel my FB without logging in, which is blocked. What happen to me was my facebook account was locked for security reasons (maybe hacked, but not sure,because my email and information was not changed)
Facebook emailed me a link to unlock my account after I verified my ID. But each time I click on the link it goes to the page that I am blocked and I need to do the same procedure with the ID.
I have double checked and the link is correct. I tried from mobile phone and other device like computer, laptop.
The email also says I can try and login normally and use the supplied code as my password. This just throws the error "Invalid Password".
I have tried to reverify my ID three times and three times I have received new emails with new links, but they still fail as Invalid.
I don't know what to do now and how to gain access to my account as I have had the account for years and business was connected into it, so I was desperately want to recover it.
