If you are lucky enough to watch this before reading "The Ocean at the End of the Lane", you have the 'voice' of the story....but what happens next not even Neil Gaiman could come up with what happens next.
Gaiman, you're an arse! Reading that first chapter from the book! I don't have a bookstore in my town and now I have to call into the Capital to lay my hands on it. Damn you and your writing. It makes me lust for the story!
Neil, this is the second time I've heard you read your lovely book -- I bought an audio book & fell in love with it then. There's nothing like exploring a young child's imagination, is there? Now I have to get an audio of "American Gods". I'm looking forward to many more magical tales from you.
I adore it when Neil Gaiman reads his work. He just has so much passion for storytelling and it's contagious.

This made me so glad I pre-ordered Ocean at the End of the Lane. Neil, I have nothing but admiration for you!
Well, Mr. Host, I would be very nervous too if I had to introduce a God to the stage. No worries.
