In the 70’s this would be Uncle Bob’s slideshow on a pinned up white sheet on the wall while we sat around on shag carpets eating jello cake and Uncle Bob gave a 5 minute explanation of each slide while the kids rolled their eyes and mom told us to pay attention. Today we happily and voluntarily view this on TH-cam lol.

It's a crap shoot wherever you go I guess. I won't be staying any longer then a year or two. I MIGHT love it, yet I'm not going to say just yet. But Colorado is next.
I like LC. El Paso and Juarez are so close. Much better than ABQ where its too isolated. I mean Santa Fe does not offer much xcept for jewerly and arts buying.
Go north (Santa Fe and up to Colorado border) if you want snow at Christmas. Or a couple of hours NE to Ruidoso, or a couple of hours NW to the Gila Wilderness. In my 6 years studying at NMSU, it snowed approximately once a year in Las Cruces. And would be melted within 24 hours.

I think I’ve stayed at that rv park in far west El Paso. Organ mountains are stunning and breathtaking.

Joseph Holden i moved to phoenix after i left las cruces. I definitely loved/enjoyed it. Colorado is nice, but i prefer to stay closer to the coast
