- After eviscerating Iowa, Ohio State is heading to Happy Valley to take on Penn State on the Big Noon Kickoff. Penn State looked impressive against Minnesota with the Nittany Lions getting a good game from Sean Clifford and Nick Singleton. They're going up against a stout Ohio State defense that is improving from week to week, even though they haven't faced a quality offense. Will Penn State pull off the upset of the year? Or will CJ Stroud and the Ohio State offense continue their dominance since their season opener?
