Aga Khan III created this palace, one of the founding member of Muslim League party as well as proponent of creation of Pakistan, a party which was responsible for countless Hindu death. At the time of 1942 Bengal famine same party was ruling Bengal which and did nothing to relieve the population and was supporting Britishers when they were sending Indian grain to England. So much Aga Khan did for India's independence.
